We loved this comfortable and quiet cottage, with its short walk to the community pool and beach. Highly recommend this for families with kids. We will definitely stay there again!

This home is super clean and the pictures do not do it justice when it comes to the remodeling they've done...beautiful. Beds are super comfortable. The home, deck, screened in porch all very roomy. It's fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, lots of beach chairs, 4 bikes, a few boogey boards, various bags of sandcastle making toys, etc. We didn't use the pool, but we passed it on the way to the short walk to the beach and it is nice. The owner, Frank, responds very quickly with the couple of questions we had. We highly recommend and we hope to go back next year. :)

I visited with my mom and almost 2 year old. Beautiful, thoughtfully well-equipped home that could have easily accommodated more adults and children. Easy walk to the beach, even with a very busy toddler! The house was very convenient to stay in with a small child, and it was easy to make my baby’s bedroom dark for naps. We were able to close off the only set of stairs with a basic baby gate, and our toddler loved the wrap around deck. Quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. 10/10! We’ll definitely be back!

Frank's house was the perfect location and house for our family visit to Kiawah Island. It was very clean and stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend. We came for the Kiawah Marathon, and this house was a perfect walking distance to the start/finish line! Highly recommended to stay here!

This is perfect for a quiet relaxing trip for a small group. We had 5 in our family ages 18 and up. We had plenty of space for everyone. The best things I can say about this cottage is that it was very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed and all were up to date. There were also various essentials in case you forget something. If you are looking for quiet, peaceful, and cozy, this is the perfect place. If you are looking for touristy near the action, this may not be for you. We unanimously agreed we would love to stay here again.

We were very pleased with this property which lived up to it's billing. In particular the well stocked kitchen had the pots, pans and utensils to make many of our favorite seafood dishes since the take out restaurants were a little overwhelmed.

The property itself worked well for us and we found it to be well-supplied with the things we needed. This home is a very convenient location, super clean and had not been stripped down like most rentals. This home was the best equipped of any we have ever rented and it was close to perfect! Loved it!

This was a great rental for our family of four. It was small but comfortable and very well located close to the beach, pool and golf club with amenities. We really liked the location. We brought our own bikes but there were 5 well cared for bikes, beach chairs, toys and beach towels. House was stocked with needed items and the owner was very good to work with. We cooked all our meals in the house and made several picnic lunches and breakfasts to take to beautiful parts of the island whether at the nice park or beaches. Reasonable rates without all the ridiculous extra fees, expenses and charges that the local rental companies and some owners charge on VRBO making this owner a desirable owner to work with and we will for sure rent from them again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable house. Check out the Mingo point and marsh lookout tower and take lots of bike trips throughout the beautiful island.
