Great location on Soi 5, rooms are excellent with a good standard. Staff is very nice and polite, they really made you feel like home. Great cleaning staff, and all of the staff i interacted with spoke very good english.
Hard beds(which is common in thailand), staff helped my friend with extra padding so plus points for that.
Extremely poor view from the balcony unless you book either of these rooms: 601-605, 701-705.

Soi 5 is a nice peaceful location but very near the beach and a short walk to the action. The staff were friendly and helpful in general, and I definitely stay here again, and recommend to all my friends.

Good large room. Nice bathroom. Good TV. Walking distance to beach. Free car parking on site. Good room rate.
Staff not very friendly and seemed a bit disorganised (couldn’t find my booking at checking in time). Fridge not clean. Need to take baht buses to get to shopping areas. Noise from other hotel guests during the night.

Good area to stay, clean, friendly staff, price is valuable
Fridge in the room is to noisy, need to exchange the toaster at the buffet menu (half toasted, half not), wifi doesn't work that well, towels looks like to need changed soon, light problems in the bathroom of room 508 (staff know already that it makes problems, so why don't check about the problem?), fan in the bathroom didn't work that well (or maybe doesn't work, I am not sure)
