Near to the market and main road. Clean Breakfast was unusual to me as a European. Room clean. Coffee and water provided. Toothbrush and soap. Friendly staff.

Staff was good. The location was also good.

Some maintenance issues. Less supplies in the room always have to call and ask for hot water before going for a bath else its cold. Otherwise its alright.

The location is very central in the city so it is a little bit scary to go outside in the evening when it is dark

I do not write comments very often. But in this case i have to. Nice small hotel in the middle of the Town. Manager is very friendly and helpfull. Reception also very helpfull. Restaurant was very good. Try ugali. If you Start your Safari in Arusha. Take this hotel. If you want to dicover the City, ask for Brain.

Maybe, it is a little bit loud. Hey you are in the City Center.

Friendly staff, at the reception as well as in the restaurant. Really nice room, with everything we needed. Clean room and hotel overall. Close to the center of Arusha, near the market and the train station (we went to Dar with the train).

Windows are single glass, with strong winds there was a strong whistling sound, and some noise from traffic outside but hey, you are in Tanzania... 😅

One doesn't need much to have a good night rest and support while in a new town. Everything was there, so just good.

Decent breakfast and central location. Room had nice cold AC, TV, Comfy bed and powerful shower with hot water.

Toilet blocked easily that’s all.

It is not a good Value for money also the place in the town was away from the tourisim center , in a crowd local place in Arusha but near somehow from a big supermarket

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was fantastic!!! So fresh and delicious.
