The location is great, the size of the apartment was perfect for our group.

Keep in mind you have to climb 5 floors of stairs with all the luggage you are carrying. That was a challenge.

Great location to access the cities main sights. Functional apartment, everything needed was there.

The apartment's situation is awesome considering both nearby sightseeing and further trips to Lido,Murano or Burano destinations. The equipement is complete from kitchen through the bedroom to the bathroom. Overall the apartment was a great spot to start our everyday wandering around Venice and a comfortable and quiet place when we were returning late in the evening. I strongly recommend the place and our hosts Lidia & Fabio.

In my oppinion ( while staying with a wife and 2 kids) nothing to complain about.

Note for more than 2 people: secondary bed is not an actuallly bed. More like a foldable couch. Note for tall people: shower is not made for people over 185 cm, becaus od the sloping roof. But those are just minor problems

Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. A fantastic location ,which was made to easy to find as Veronica met us when we arrived at the boat taxi terminal. We had lots of luggage so she organised us a porter who took all our luggage and carried it up the 5 flights of stairs to the apartment (at a cost to us ) We were very grateful for this and it was worth every euro as we are in our sixties and would have had difficulty taking our luggage upstairs. She also organised him to come the day we were leaving and help us also.

The apartment is absolutely spectacular. Everything from the bedding, to the towels, to the shower size, is a delight. The kitchen is fully stocked although we really didn’t use it. And having a living room was lovely. We were literally a minute or two from St. Mark’s Square so the location is also a definite plus. Call

It’s a five floor walk up. For anyone with any kind of disability, this apartment is out of the question. Even for someone who doesn’t have a disability, it’s going to take some stamina to get upstairs. The stairs were really a killer for me but the apartment itself was wonderful! I’m not sure what else to say about that.
