1. The hospitality is totally bad with 0 rating. 2. When I received the flat the floor was really dirty, and the bed sheets as well, so I asked them to clean up and they did it. When I checked the blankets in the drawers found long hair and dust on it. 3. The management are very tough, they contacted me after a day to say that I should not receive visitors in the flat as it is not allowed, otherwise there will be charges, were it is really disappointed and strange. 4. I was surprised when I asked them after the first night to send the room service but unfortunately they said that the service is provided one time only every 48 hours, were is really contradicts with the description of a luxuries accommodation and the 5 starts posted on the building. 5. No doubt that the security is a priority but instead of having a security guard at the main gate the management hold you responsible to lock the door of the building all times in and out. The owner should review the internal process and evaluate the staff/management. 6. Comparing the amount that I have paid with the cleanness and facility, the rate is does not exceed 3 of 10. 7. Last thing is the parking, you are not allowed to use the building parking.
