I liked that the host accommodated an earlier check in time. Check out was no hassle at all.

I didn't like that there were only 3 really small glasses in the property and they didn't match each other. Two tall and two short is the usual standard and not a lot to ask for. The property was cold and drafty. Air conditioning and a hairdryer were advertised, but there was no air con remote and had to ask for the hairdryer at reception. Unit has evidence of dampness in the bathroom and walls. I have stayed at the Brookston, before but in the more expensive unit which is a lot nicer!
