We truly enjoy our vacation to Penthouse J! The views are amazing and the condo is stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils that you need while you’re there. Sherry is so nice to work with and I would advise anyone who gets a chance to stay here to go for it!

My friends and I have been been going to the beach together for Labor Day 23 years now. We decided to venture out of North Myrtle Beach to Garden City Beach, SC. We’ve already booked Penthouse J for next year, same time. The huge wrap around deck allowed us to see the sunrise and the sunsets. The rooms were spacious for the 8 of us. It’s near restaurants and night life for those of us that want to venture out without taking a car. The beach wasn’t very crowded, even though it was Labor Day week. Absolutely thrilled we found Penthouse J in Garden City.

Arrived at this condo at the time specified, and walked into the most clean looking and smelling condo I have ever stayed in. This was our second time renting this property and we decided at this visit, that we have found our forever renting condo in Myrtle Beach. Sherry is the best to work with. She takes pride in her property and it really shows in her furniture and just in the way it is care for. The views are beautiful and tranquil. You can spend all day and most of the night just sitting out on the balcony soaking it all in. Thank you for opening your condo to me and my family!!. As I said we will be back!!! Rose. What an amazing stay at Surfside! This property is like home away from home. It is always cleaned to perfection, has a fully stocked kitchen, a view that can’t be beat and wonderful amenities. We enjoy the space and beautiful patio. We look forward all year to our return. The property host communicates to make sure any concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Don’t hesitate to rent this property.

We had a fantastic week in this condo. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. There were so many nice extras that weren't expected. The deck was amazing and we made good use out of the hot tub. Thank you for making this vacation so easy!

Super vacation at Penthouse J in Surfmaster by the Sea! Very well equipped condo in a great area. My son especially enjoyed having a private hot tub on our deck. Owner was easy to work with, and we loved everything, including very comfortable beds! Thanks so much!

We go to Myrtle Beach every year and normally stay in North Myrtle. We found this Penthouse on the South Side and believe me the pictures don't do it justice. The views are amazing and the balcony is huge wrapping all around. We also were provided with a nice start up supply. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed this area where it is primarily families. Sherry who handled this property was great to work with and provided information promptly and efficiently. All of us agreed that this Penthouse at The SurfMaster was the best place we have ever stayed. Time went by way to fast. Planning to go back every year.

Our vacation was so perfect! Everything was perfect from the location right on the beach, very family oriented, very clean property and most of all, our hostess was always available via text message with any questions. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend to everyone!

You will not be disappointed to stay in Penthouse J! Everything was so clean and the view was amazing with the hot tub right on the porch. I had always dreamed about staying in a high-rise condo overlooking the ocean as far as the eye could see and this was the perfect place to make my dreams come true. Sherry was very responsive to any questions that I had and was wonderful with communication. I cannot say enough about this particular condo as it had everything that I needed for the whole month of February. I had two girlfriends join me for a few days and they also loved it. Plenty of room for everybody with three king size rooms and three bathrooms. The deck goes all the way around with lots of furniture. I woke up every morning and took a photo of the sun rising and then every evening in the hot tub with the sun going down behind me. Everything that I might have needed was within a 5-minute drive, a Kroger's for groceries and a gas station right next to it. Myrtle Beach is a short ride north with lots of museums and aquariums to visit. First two weeks in February was very cold but it sure did beat the snowstorms that Maine was getting. And then all of the sudden within the middle of the month temperatures rose quickly to a nice 60 and low 70s. Walking on the beach each morning, and sitting out on the deck and people watching was fun. There are a few seafood shops that had some of the most amazing fresh shrimp that I've had in a long time. I'm hopeful to rent again and bring my family next time. Thank you Sherry for all of your help.

My husband and I had such a great time at this beautiful condo with the most amazing views. The sunsets are just incredible. Walks on the beach we’re so relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need. Location is great for restaurants but we ate in most nights - sitting in front of those gorgeous windows. Sherry was wonderful to work with - so responsive to every question. The bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend Penthouse J.

Sherry was extremely accommodating when I was looking for a quick beach retreat after the holidays! She was quick to respond to my questions and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. Overall, the short stay was amazing and my only regret is I didn't book it longer! The condo had gorgeous floor to ceiling oceanfront views and I spent a good amount of time watching the sunrise and sunset from the large balcony/patio. The condo was stocked with essentials and super clean! Also, the location was perfect and I walked along the beach to both Garden City or Surfside piers. Also, tons of restaurants and shops a quick drive away. I absolutely loved Sherry's place and I can't wait to book it again this summer!!!

Not cleaned dog hair all over floors and counters sweep and moped floors and counter tops cleaning company did a terrible job gross hair where u eat not good

Enjoyed 9th floor views of the ocean and Garden City while relaxing on the large patio. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Garden City is charming. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Garden city is relaxing. Having a large deck was probably one of the best things all our other places just had a balcony. We were on the deck all the time day and night.

We return to this property each summer for a week of relaxation and enjoyment. We love the location, and amenities. The beach is quiet, clean and easily accessible. The best part is that you never have to leave the penthouse to enjoy the sights, sounds and ambiance of the ocean. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed watching dolphins, seagulls, and pelicans pass by from the comfort of the balcony. The communication and flexibility of the homeowner is exceptional. She is always available to answer a question or concern no matter how small. She works very hard to make you feel a part of the family. We book a year in advance to be sure that we can return to our happy place each year for a special birthday week. The space is always clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is truly a home away from home.

We had a fun week vacation. The condo was on the beach and a a very clean pool as an amenity. The 3 bedrooms with a full bath attached to each bedroom made our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for anyone wanting to prepare meals. There are so many activities near by Incase you want a beach alternative. The condo was very clean with a beautiful wraparound patio facing the ocean. We would highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time in Garden City Beach. The condo was clean with enough room that my family and I (6 people and one small dog) had plenty of room to have our own space. The sun deck was very large and the hot tub was a bonus. Sherry the property manager was very easy to work with. Just one small con if you have small children and pets that don't like loud noises. Don't know if it was just our week there or if it goes on all summer long but we had fireworks every night until after 11pm that the grandson who is 3 and my daughter's small dog did not like. But overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect and clean! The condo is well stocked with linens and the kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of it. So much space for everyone, we never felt cramped. And the porch! And the views! We enjoyed sun bathing on the deck every day there was sunshine. You feel like you are IN the ocean from the view in almost every room! So amazing! This was our first stay in Myrtle Beach and we are sold! We’ll be back. And the icing on the cake, being allowed to bring our sweet dog Winnie. She thoroughly enjoyed her first beach trip and made lots of friends.

We once again loved our stay PHJ. The location is great and the views are wonderful. The property manager is easy to work with and is very responsive. We highly recommend for your vacation accommodations.
