Loud music in pool area. No utensils in kitchenette but on request they provided us with plates, cutlery and a pot.

We loved the property and my partner actually said let’s cancel our next part of the trip and just stay here for 2 weeks ❤️ we loved that the property had everything we needed . The rooftop was incredible for sunsets and cocktails . The kids club was something we didn’t even know the hotel offered until we stumbled across it ( shame we didn’t spend long enough there to get a chance to use it ) the pool and slide would have to have been the highlight of our trip! It was so much fun , we loved it ! Everybody at the hotel went out of they’re way to meet our every needs & make our stay more comfortable. We traveled with my 10 month old & while we were out at the pool they set our cot up in the room for us & even supplied a kettle to help me organise hot water for my baby’s bottles . Would love to stay here again 😄😍 highly recommend

Breakfast was delicious with variety of foods and juices. Location was very easy to find. Room was very clear and with a beautiful view of sunset. Bed was super comfortable too. Staff was very friendly and helpful for everything. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

I had an amazing experience at Diamond Hill&Spa Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The resort were beautifully maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor pool was very very clear. The SPA was amazing. The food at the restaurants was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I will come back again.

It was the best resort in the south of Albania, you could easily recognize the importance they give to the cleanness, The family suite was very large, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. The staff at the restaurant, at the bar and at the hotel (receptionists and houkeepers) were very nice and well trained. Definitely will come back!!!😍

Everything was perfect,the room was with the best seaview ever, the hygiene was in great level, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The outdoor pool was very clear. I will come back again. The best resort in Vlore.

The perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Vlora. Except for the amazing view of the apartment, we had other facilities included such as spa and winter pool.

It was my fourth time here and everything was perfect like always, the room was with the best seewiew ever , the hygiene was in great level, the food was delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming .

Clean and big rooms. Location of hotel is at good place and food in restaurant is delicious. Also, you have good swimming pool and included parking in garage.

Accept reception and 2-3 waiter ( 2 who serve dinner and 1 warm girl in the morning which is not waiter but is always close), other waiters don't speek English so it is hard to understand with them and order.

The only good thing that I liked was the breakfast that was provided was excellent. They had a good variety of items laid out. The only problem was the coffee machine needs to be fixed. The other good experience was the 2 gentleman that helped out with my tire that was punctured with an item. They helped remove it and took us to a tire shop to get it fixed and then helped put it back on.

The bathroom had a water heater that you had to wait for hot water before taking a shower. The fact that if you wanted to use the swimming pool, once you stepped foot onto it you were stuck there for the day. You could not leave to grab even one item from your room if you had forgotten something as you would not be allowed back in. The other issue is the layout as the first day we arrived, so it wasn’t exactly clear as to where to find the reception desk.
