This was our second experience with BHIP. Once again, everything was excellent including the facility and the responsive property manager.

Very well stocked. We had a great family reunion.

The location and property owner were excellent. Because of tropical storm like weather we were not able to use the residence. We experienced some animal droppings and palmetto bugs. Also, the residence wreaked of air fresheners. They are trying to cover up some smells. The property manager immediately sent over a cleaning crew and maintenance team to fill some holes. We left after 24 hours and were promised a full refund. It was our 40th anniversary and it was one we will never forget.

This house is STOCKED! you have everything you need for a wonderful vacation. They provide toiletries, towels, cooking supplies, and more. The garage was filled with everything from multiple life jackets for kids and adults, water shoes, water games, sand toys, etc. I could go on and on! They had everything I could think of and many things I would have never thought of! Property was beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return!

Property was very nice, stairs were very steep. Quite a bit of erosion on the beach but is still beautiful.

Our entire family loved this place. There was something for everyone to do. Huge TV's in every room for us to watch at night. Kitchen was well equipped and cook friendly with the two ovens. Every bedroom had its own bathroom with tons of bath supplies. The garage was full of every water toy ever made. The paddle boats and kayaks were so much fun. The dock was divine to watch the sunset most nights. We all gave this place a 5 star rating!!!!

This home is one of the best homes our family has rented…the owners have thoughtfully stocked the property with everything one could think of for a perfect family getaway on the ocean.

Clean, very well equipped with everything you could need including lots of supplies, nice gift basket, bathrobes, bathroom supplies. We had 8 adults here including 3 couples, all were comfortable.

This house was amazing. They literally thought of everything you will need and I mean everything. For your pets to baby gates, cribs, high chair, monitor, kids Xbox, PlayStation, smart screen TVs in ever room, the Sonos in every room is amazing, sound is excellent. The fully equipped kitchen wow- all the small details to the games to the bikes, canoes, paddle boards, fishing equipment, water shoes. Oh and the white slippers awesome. All I have to say is you won’t be disappointed. Side note check out was the best. Thank you

We had a great stay at this property! The check-in/check-out was smooth and Al was very prompt with any related inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience custom for our needs. Beautiful ocean views and sunrise/sunset each day. Five stars for cleanliness and convenient layout with plenty of space for our crew (there are a lot of stairs at this property - keep in mind if you have little ones or Sr.'s with mobility difficulty). Home is well stocked, with amenities that allowed for a turn-key experience. We will definitely be back again!

The property managers thought of everything. There were so many games/water shoes/goggles/paper plates/ bottled water/ towels….. I’ve never stayed at a place so well stocked. The location is beautiful. We really enjoyed the back deck overlooking the ocean. Our teenagers loved paddle boarding and kayaking on the river. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of TV’s to watch movies at night. The beach is covered in shells! We even saw baby sea turtles hatch and make it to the ocean. That was magical!! We used the guest passes to the Marriot for the pool and beach access. The restaurant there had good food. Unfortunately, the beach directly in front of the house was too rocky for us to swim. I think if the rip current hadn’t been so strong it would have been okay. While the rocks are beautiful and we enjoyed walking around them, they are very sharp and several of us got banged up in the water. Bathtub reef is so close and we enjoyed swimming there at low tide. Best check out ever!!! Overall we loved it. And would definitely stay at Al’s place again. He was an excellent host.

We had a great experience! We stayed with our family that included Adults of all ages and 2 grand children age 4 and 1. Everyone had a great time and memories that will last a life time. We celebrated a big birthday with the whole family including our fur babies. Al the property manager was great in quick communication. Everything was perfect and made us feel at home. Thank you Al and the BHP team that made it all happen flawlessly with out a single issue or concern. One of the best properties we ever stayed at and we have stayed at quite of few over the years. Where to begin?! Al Roberts is amazing! I didn’t think he was a real person because he responded so fast. The lady at the golf shop said he is indeed real and one of the best. The house is amazing and as pictured. They thought of everything. Everyone kept commenting how well stocked the house was. From plenty of beach and bath towels to zip lock bags to Cards Against Humanity. There is so many notes posted all over the house to answer any questions you have about appliances to turning the water on. Al is basically your vacation wife!! Also. Don’t sleep on his Frequency Asked Questions and informative emails he sends. We booked our photographer Danielle Love from it and she was more perfect than we could have asked. We also rented jet skis from his list and they were a hit too. We planned on going to the restaurants from his list but our family never wanted to leave the house. Before all the kids arrived we did go to Spritz’s for dinner. The food and service were great. I’m still thinking about the Kung Pao cauliflower. Seriously cauliflower is capable of anything and should consider a presidential bid. In the photographs of the dinning room it shows 8 dinning chairs. There’s actually 10. Afterward you may ask yourself how you went through life without TWO stoves, microwaves and washing machines…so the vacation may end up costing you more when you return home. The house is quiet as far as hearing others when they’re in their room. There’s extra a/c units to keep the house cool. We never ran out of hot water and the water pressure was great. We had family from the age of 16 to 84 and the house had more things to do than a weeks time would allow. The kids have already texted us to tell us what a great time they had and can’t wait until the next visit. This. This is what it’s all about. Thanks for the memories and especially the night Grandma stayed up to play Cards Against Humanity and learned so many new dirty words. We already know what we’re getting her for Christmas!!!!

This is a great property in an amazing location. Al is very responsive to requests, and the house comes with anything you could think of and more. This time of year, sea turtles are literally laying eggs on the beach 10ft from the back deck. We played in the waves with boogie boards on the ocean side, and enjoyed the calm water with kayaks and paddle boards on the river side. Great place for a family to stay!

Most accommodating beach home we have ever rented. Everything imaginable at your disposal. Property manager is awesome and was on whatever we needed within minutes. Would highly recommend this property. Loved it!! 😍

6th year renting from Beach Houses in Paradise. We are late 60’s to 6 years. Something for everyone. Management very responsive when needed. Best management company ever! We love Beach Houses in Paradise!

“Family Tides” was the perfect beach house to bring our large family for a celebration of Papa and Mimi’s 60 years together. Our family loves the water, and what a wonderful place to enjoy it. The Atlantic on the east and the Indian River on the west side of house. Watching the sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs was astonishing and educational. All the beach toys provided were so much fun. The teenagers especially loved the paddle boards. When they say, “All you need is your clothes and food”, they were right! We stayed a week and never had to ask for extra items. Great time by all!

The location was beautiful. The house wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The house and decor were outdated. The kitchen was very small for a house this size and the layout was odd. There were many bugs inside of the house and we even got large bites from the bugs. For the price of this rental, I expected a nicer house and furnishings.

Everything about renting the house was easy and stress free because everything was provided and property manager was was awesome!

We loved our stay at this property. It was the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed. They have everything you need in the kitchen including a ninja blender, rice cooker, and a griddle. The toys (boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, balls, etc) are in abundance. The owner responded immediately to all our questions. A great property.

Right on the beach, comfy beds, fully stocked and ant-free! The property is getting a little worn down on the outside but its very comfortable for what we are doing (beach retreats for business women).

Our stay was excellent, and I've never seen a vacation rental in better shape. Everything was clean and ready for us, the rooms attractive and well furnished, and the kitchen so well-stocked it was unbelievable! Everything we needed for a happy family vacation was ready for us!

Let me start by saying we have stayed at a lot of different beach houses/ townhomes/ and condos for our annual large family vacations. This by far was the best and everyone in our group will tell you the same. This place had the absolute best location with having the beach in the front, and the river in the back along with everything imaginable that you would need from chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, goggles, life jackets, fishing equipment, kayaks, paddle boards, I could go on and on. It was so nice if someone did not want to hang on the beach they could go fishing, go bike riding (they had several nice bikes there also), play games, go on a walk, or just hang out and enjoy the views. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The house was amazing and stocked with everything as well. Beautiful views in every part of the house and everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels/linens. Also what was really important to me was the communication between the property management company if we had any questions about anything at all Al was very quick to get back to me with everything every time I had any questions. He was so kind and helpful. This was our first time to Stuart, FL and will not be our last. Thank you Al and BHIP for an unforgettable trip. We celebrated my dads 60th birthday here as well and he wouldn’t have had it any other way. We appreciate everything and can’t wait to book our next stay with you all. Thanks again.

Where to begin.... the views, the location, amenities, etc. everything was simply fantastic. This was, without a doubt, the most well stocked home I have ever vacationed at. We could have arrived with nothing but clothing and would have had everything we needed. We had minor a/c issue when we first arrived and the response of the management company was nothing short of first class! I can't stress the importance of this. to know that if an issue happens to arise, it's taken care of immediately. We hope to be back very soon. Everyone of us....all ages, had the very best time.

We absolutely love this house! Everything was perfect. Every bathroom was fully stocked with essentials and towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. All beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrellas are supplied and fishing, kayaks and coolers too. The beach was private and just perfect! We were truly impressed with this house and can't wait to stay here again.
