The accommodation is very conveniently located on the main street of Argassi but also offers some privacy and a private beach with several chairs and umbrellas to use by the hotel guests. There is an easy parking possibility at the property and the room we had was comfortable and spacious. The communal kitchen and BBQ are also nice to have.

The communication with the hosts was difficult/always delayed and our request to unclog the shower drain was never fulfilled. Our room was located right next to the communal kitchen and the entry so it was naturally quite noisy.

Dennis and his family are nice hosts and it's nice that the location has its own little beach. Also, they moved us to a different room after we asked, cause our first room was in front of a very noisy ventilation from the other hotel next to this.

Honestly, the structure did not match what was said on booking nor the images. From the images it looked really nice, comfy and quite big, but it was not really like that. The kitchen that it's shown on Booking is not the same that we were using. Unless you were given the first rooms closer to the beach, the others were really in the back. The first room we got was located in front of a very noisy ventilation system, coming from the other hotel. Luckily we got moved to another room after 4 days. But yes, in general we did not feel that the place matched the expectations.

Clean room, as described. Good location, not in the middle of the town, so easily we could get in and out by car during rush traffic hours. Free parking facility.

We enjoyed our stay, but there is always something to improve =): I have sent email via booking.com 3 days before arrival, also tried to call to provided phone number and sent text message, nobody pick up the phone or answered me. I have received the reply after 1 day after we arrived. When we arrived during informed check in hour there was nobody at the reception even though I sent our arrival time in advance, luckily there was a housekeeper who gave us a key. The water pressure in the shower is very low. Also the shower drain was blocked for first two days. During 6 days of the stay room wasn't cleaned twice. Shower towels had some brown stains. There is information on booking.com that studio provides bicycles. When we asked about it we were informed that there in no such a service.

The best location in Argasi. The family are welcoming and deal immediately with any little problem. This is the only place we would stay in Zakynthos.

I didn't book the studios for myself, but for my parents and a couple of friends of them, so I want to point out that I'm writing this review on their behalf. The location is great, the area is much more quiet than Laganas and the structure is right on the sea with a private beach in front and sunbeds, which is truly convenient in those days when you don't want to drive to a distant beach. The two studios were comfortable and furnished in a lovely, sophisticated way, in a shabby chic/ethnic style which made the place stand out from all the other typical Greek accommodations. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. There is a barbecue and a gazebo at use of the guests too, which was really much appreciated during the stay!

Everything was great!

The place is perfectly located. The rooms are very beautiful with nice lights, a certain gaudi style and new furniture. Kitchen is completed for cooking. Rooms are very clean and every day there is cleaning service. The building has direct access to the beach and offers free sun beds. There was also the possibility for a bbq. Generally we couldn’t expect more. I recommend this place.

It is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! It has a FREE BARBECUE (bring your own supplies). Super convenient, super friendly, no fuss.

Only little minus was our room was situated next to the shared kitchen so was slightly disturbed by people using the kitchen facilities.

20 meters from the bed to the beach :) Off the main road but quiet place and close to all amenities. Studio itself very pleasant place to stay.

Absolutely everything! The location was great, right at the beach, we had everything we needed and more! The owner was great and really helpful. We initially wanted to stay just three nights and move around the island but in the end we came back because the place was just perfect. Very nice bathroom, great interiors, on our second stay we even got a room upgrade. If we are ever back to Zakynthos, we are definitely staying here again!

It was such a wonderful stay, the hotel is really a Beauty! so much art everywhere. I loved it. The room was spacius, the bathroom large with so lovely tiles. I loved the kitchenroom, here I could make coffee, salat. In my room there was a refrigerator and aircondition. It was so clean everywhere. The area in front of the beach was wonderful with many wonderful handmade deco. A great recommand!

Hard to find. Should have better signpost.

I felt like home. The owner invited me for a grill fish dinner, and he himself hunted the varios pieces of fishes. I could have breakfast, and dinner front of the Ionian see... Loved it preatty much! Thanx Dennis!

No breakfast available as accomodation does not offering this- but kitchen available and free to use at all times. For us it's 2nd year in a row when we book at them, it's a family business , owner is very helpful and pleasant. This year we had a BBQ in the backyard , it was amazing, beautiful view over the sea and Zante town and waves from the sea, Recommend this place, it's quite, clean, beach in front of the house, free sunbeds and umbrellas , and whatever you need is close enough to property ( rent-a-car , shops, gas station, restaurants , bars), For sure we will return again in this amazing location.
