It was a very nice property very easy to get to and from the parks and had plenty of places to sleep and bathrooms

Everything was good. Only reason I didn’t give full stars was that proper’s wasn’t ready for us on arrival. House was dirty and bed sheets still not washed and in laundry room. We made due first night. Next day everything was fixed.

Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and walmart/publix close by. We loved the pool and was glad we got it heated.

We stayed at the house (sadly during Hurricane Ian) in September 2022 to visit the theme parks around Orlando. For us, the Sandy Ridge area is a perfect fit and we stayed at several vacation homes there already. We liked about this villa that the room layout is very practical and the private pool was a great hangout for the evenings after the theme park days. Communication with Melanie was perfect, we stayed in touch the whole time the hurricane was around and felt very safe in the house. We can fully recommend the house and are already planning to stay here another time soon.

We rented this house for a week while we went to Disney. Overall, the house was nice. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, and my daughter loved the pool. It was a good location in relation to the parks, only about 30 minutes. Only cons were that there was ZERO paper products...no extra toilet paper, and no paper towels. Very little extras in the form of normal household necessities, (but i get why). We ended up leaving a lot behind. There were some body wash and shampoo and conditioner in a couple bathrooms, which was nice. Plenty of towels. And the games in the garage were fun. I would suggest having a binder with all the rules together. It got confusing having to read all the different messages around the house pertaining to different things. Eg. Garbage, laundry, thermostat, pool, etc. In my opinion, and in other places I've rented, it's easier when everything is all together in one place rather than scattered about. Because I won't always remember where I read something. Other than that, we had a nice stay and the owner/manager was very responsive when I had to reach out.

This property was great for our stay. Affordable, clean and spacious, convenient to shopping and Disney.

The home was inviting and beds were comfortable. We felt right at home and had some fun with the pool table in the garage. Definitely would stay again.

The home was perfect for our trip. Would definitely stay again. Do wish the heated pool and basic supplies, like paper towels, were included with the stay.

The baseboards and fans are covered with dust. The beds were awful. The one in the master made so much noise everytime you moved and the master bathroom floor sounds like you are walking on egg shells. The TVs are not the best. The one in the kids room was a tiny box TV and the other kids room had no TV. There is black mold on the inside of the windows. We have a child that has lots of allergies and he had a hard time in this house. It definitely needs some updating done and cleaning. Also for whatever reason we had no cell phone service in this house even with wifi on. It was really weird.

Over all everything was fine, except the king and queen beds were HORRIBLE and the floor in the master bedroom and bath creaked bad. Kitchen was very well stocked. We never used the pool but it appeared to be very clean.

Place is well kept. I booked for next year already. I can't wait!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Ridge. I will say there is some minor work to be done such as repainting stained walls, cleaning stained carpets, dusting, fixing pool grout. However, it was nothing that took away from our stay. The location was conventionally close to grocery stores, restaurants and Disney. Plenty of space for a family and the pool is quite large. It is not in a gated community like I am use to but all the neighbours are very friendly and it felt quite safe.one suggestion would be adding a lounger by the pool. Lying down by the pool and reading a book is one of my favourite things to do on vacation so I missed that for sure. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the rental is in the perfect location for our family to visit the location we like to visit. The owner responds quickly when you try to communicate with her. We'll consider renting again when coming to area

Ok my review on the cleaning is a 2 start. Just cuz when I went to put garbage bags on trash can 🗑 it was completely full from other rentals. & other than that house inside, beds bathroom and rest of house super clean. Kids love the swimming pool all day in there lol also baby 2yr old. Have fun in the play room. Great house to stay in and have a family vacation time on it.

Our stay was great. If I had to list something that needs improvement I would say the mattresses all need updated. They are all really hard. The back sliding door was really hard to open and close. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We had a great time at this house. It was big enough for the whole family. The pool was nice and clean. We found it to be a little far from Orlando and it’s about 20m from the closest walmart. But There’s an Aldi and cvs close by which was a plus for us. The house could use some upgrades, especially the beds, but overall our stay was good.

I went to Florida to visit family and the Sandy Ridge neighborhood is by far my favorite area. It’s close to anything and everything you could possibly want. The house was super clean, it was even better than how it was described and any questions and concerns were answered quickly. Super fun stay… if I had to think of a complaint it would be that there was only one trash bag and I couldn’t seem to remember to pick more up any time I went to the grocery store and 2 would have been perfect!

The property was great, clean, well equipped and well presented. The big issue we had was that on arrival the key code given to us by the owner was the wrong code. I could only message her through VRBO and she didn't come back until a day later so we could have been on the streets for the first night. We were lucky that a neighbour was familiar with this situation at this property and he was able to open the key safe with a screwdriver. So, wouldn't leave the key in there until we left as clearly the key safe is not secure. Other than that a great home that is well cared for, although the construction is a little flimsy - everything upstairs creaks etc

No issues, clean property, well maintained. Beds were a little on the hard side, but it was a nice comfortable stay.

Property was exactly as stated. Pool was great and communication with the homeowner was quick and easy. Made our stay worry free and had everything we needed and was so comfortable.

Good amenities well maintained in a good nabourhood I will book again next year if the price holds
