Check in was at 4 pm. Cleaning staff did not leave until 630 pm. Cleaning from whoever stayed prior to our group. Maintenance guy was also there trying to fix the bathroom sink. For more than two hours we did not get our privacy. On a positive note…. distance from house to beach is short. I also noticed that Rocky Point felt very safe this time around. Police were very laid back non present.

This was an amazing weekend. The beachcomber I would highly recommend.

1st time staying here at Beachcomber on Las Conchas, wont be the last. House is exactly as described, lots of room for 8 people. Everything you need in the kitchen is there for food prep. Like the separate wet bar area. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Master bedroom and bath is huge. Water pressure real low in master bath, but it gets the job done. Living room is nice and roomy. Flat screen TV, with a firestick but no remote. Luckily I brought our firestick and we were able to stream. The star of the show is the fully covered patio. We spent most of our time here. The view of the Sea of Cortez is spectacular. There are 3 nice tables with 9 chairs to lounge around in. The steps from the patio then lead you to the beach. Kids had a great time. Bring your swim shoes as there are lots of rocks and going barefoot is not a good idea. Need to have a broom or mop to clean or sweep up the floors. This has also been noted in a previuos review. Also, the water hose in the back is in dire need of replacement. I had some 3M tape to cover the large hole in the hose, was able to use it to wash down the patio from sand. Some recepticles, are loose, and some dont work like the one outside in the patio. Overall, this is place is awesome, it could be fantastic with some TLC. We will be staying here again

We also looked for simple cleaning supplies such as a broom or small vacuum to sweep the sand off the floors. We had to buy soap and towels to wash dishes on a daily basis as we like to keep house clean during our stay. Overall the house is big and beautiful with more than enough room for eight people. Having a garage was also nice, we were able to secure our vehicles during our stay. Overall this property was superb. Maybe next time the property will have basic cleaning essentials to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

It was larger than we thought it would be and overall in pretty good condition. I liked that it was right by the guard shack so it is one of the closest homes in Las Conchas to town. The furniture seems to have been updated recently in the family room, other guests had mentioned that needed to be done. Also, no issues with the water pressure in the showers or hot water issues or dishwater issues. We did have a handful of ants one time but we were prepared with spray and didn’t have any more issues. There were only 2 areas that I would caution future renters about. One – the kitchen did not have ‘the basics’ that I normally find when renting in Las Conchas. Not cutting board, cleaning supplies, Tupperware, etc. I did call the office and they brought a broom by – the rest of the supplies I had to buy on my own which, in my opinion, should be included. The other is the location / beach which obviously the owner has no control over. When the tide anything but high tide, there are a ton of rocks / coral on the beach that are very sharp and makes getting in and out of the water very difficult. We ended up driving further into las conchas (section 12/13) as the beaches there are much safer. All that said, you are still getting a great deal at the given rate.

The house was very clean, steps away from the beach. My family and I really enjoy our stay, we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Beachcomber! The location can’t be beat! The house was clean and bigger than we expected! There was no second refrigerator as pictured, but they accommodated with a drink cooler. There were not any paper towels, dish soap, or hand soap, so we had to get our own. But that didn’t affect the fun we had at this home! The upstairs balcony was great and has a perfect view and breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with four men in our late 50s. We were celebrating 40-years of friendship. The home had plenty of room for us all to sleep. Including one night when a couple of us slept on the room top veranda. The home itself felt warm in cozy however, we spent almost the entire time either on the back covered patio or on the beach. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen. It had most of the utinsels that a group of men would need to cook. The Ley grocery store in town had a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables, and most anything else you would expect to find. Some might find it annoying, but we were blessed that several times during the day various vendors would pass by the veranda and offer cigars, cocktails, specialty fruits, hats, massages, etc. We enjoyed a wonderful beachside massage on two different days. I highly recommend this location for peace and relaxation.

Property was great overall. Glad only 6 came rather than the listing as 8. 8 adults would not be comfortable but 6 worked out well.

House is so nicely decorated. Did have to learn how to cook on electric stove, prefer gas. Plenty of room. Did end up buying extra cooking pans as only had frying pans ( bacon, eggs) and left them for the next visitor. Same goes for a broom, mop and a bucket as I like it clean. Bought a big fan for outside ( left it as well) it was a life savior for flies during the day and mosquitos we had only for 2 nights. Beautiful view. The place was nice and clean so we left it as found. The outside grill didn’t work well for us so we bought a big grill and used it every night. On the photos it seemed like there was a bigger grill?

The house was right on the beach and also was towards the front of Las Conchas, so easy to get in and out. Several ceiling fans weren't working, but not a huge deal. Furniture and decor was a little dated, but it looks like the photos and we had a great time. If you want a chill place with lots of sleeping space, this fits the bill. If you will be bothered by mismatched furniture, maybe look elsewhere.

Very dated house cracked tiles broken Wi-Fi kitchen utensils and pots and pans and cups need to be replaced Half the electrical switches in the house didn’t control anything missing bulbs and light fixtures some ceiling fans did not work outside lights did not work very sharp edge on shower entry master bathroom Not one bit of soap in the whole house. This is an honest review if these things were corrected in the house it would’ve been a wonderful weekend

The place is gorgeous! We were loving our stay. Unfortunately we went as they were shutting down the world due to the Coronavirus. The owners are going to credit us the 2 nights we didn’t get to stay. We thought the place was perfect and can not wait to go back.

Very relaxing

It was a nice house, random and needs some upkeep but who is really inside when you have a beachfront home! Section 7 is a bit rocky but still a great time!
