Nice, clean apartment with a qute balcony and a perfect rooftop teracce. The welcome package was a nice present. Lius at the front desk was great.

We were welcomed very kindly at the flat and felt comfortable right from the beginning, the employee welcoming us was very kind. The place is well maintained, clean, comfortable and has modern, cozy furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are cozy. The flat is also close to the beach and supermarket. We had a good time there!

Location in Playa San Juan was great - close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. There were only 2 of us in a 2-bedroom flat with a lovely terrace. The bedroom was spacious with very good closet space for clothes. There was ample hot water for showers and the washing machine was useful. The hosts were very helpful about letting us in early, leaving our luggage at reception and carrying our case up the one flight of steps to the lift.

Perhaps a couple of English channels on the tv? It didn't bother us as we just played some music. We should have stayed longer!

The receptionist was extremely nice. He didn't speak any English, but with a little help of Google translator I could communicate with him. The apartment was really clean and close to supermarket, bus stop and a beach. I absolutely loved 'solarium' - a sunny terrace on the top floor.

There was no kettle available, so we couldn't make tea or coffee as we used pots for cooking. Iron was dirty an I nearly damaged my white dress. It was replaced on my request. There were only 3 pillows available for family of 4 and we had to request the 4th one. There was no duvet available for sofa bed,there was only extra bed sheet and I got really cold during first night. I was given a blanket next morning, but I think a duvet would be better in the winter when temperatures drops to 14-15 degrees at nights and there was no heating. Sofa was really uncomfy. And I didn't sleep well due to the noise on the staircase that other guests were doing at different time of the night. Also, every morning just after 6am there was EXTREMELY noisy road sweeper (?) running around the streets and waking us up. Not a dream holidays as I don't like early mornings, especially during break time!
