Muy cómodo y bien ubicado. En un barrio tranquilo y sin tráfico cercano así es que es silencioso. El personal amable y acogedor, siempre dispuesto a satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes

I liked the rooftop terrace where we had breakfast! The host was friendly.

The room was extremely small, no windows to the outside and therefor the room was hot. An portable air conditioner made quite some noise and didn’t work well. I had to ask for everything, towels, hairdryer. Also all the other guest as well as us weren’t informed we had to pay cash in Chilean money and we weren’t exempt from the 19% VAT. Other guest were scrambling to get cash because you couldn’t also pay with a credit card. Every where else in the northern part of Chile so far we are exempt from the 19% tax.

The breakfast was fabulous! The place is new, beautifully designed. The roof is great for breakfast and to sit in the evening. Nice place to watch the sunset.

The location was far from the Centro area. Not much for restaurants in the area. Great location for people with a vehicle. The booking site said I could use credit card to pay and they wanted cash. This was a big inconvenience as I had to take a long bus ride or pay for a taxi to get to an ATM.

Clean rooms but too bad there's no real window. Good breakfast

The only place in Chile where we had to pay +19% of VAT! Not cool... The staff told us they didn't know that foreigners don't have to pay VAT but I don't buy it. It's impossible to work in the tourism industry in Chile not knowing that rule. The window in the room opens to the hall, quite a lack of privacy and you can hear other guests. Only 2 cars fits in the private parking and you'll either be blocked in or block the other one. Overpriced for bad location (far from town, beach, ...)
