Liked that it is located just at the Dentetsu Station which is very helpful for traveller going for the Tateyama Apline Route. Surrounding are malls where we can get nice and famous Toyama delicacies. Room is not big but okay for 2 medium size luggages. The massage chair and coffee machine at the rest area, for guests, next to lobby is a plus. Breakfast was ok.

The location is excellent if you have a trip to Tateyama snow wall as it's in the Dentensu station, you just need to walk about 100 meters from the hotel to line up to get the train to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, just in front of the hotel. The Dentensu station is just next to the Toyama main station. If you reach Toyama by train then you just walk out in front of the station and the Dentensu station is just on the left getting in there by taking the escalator and you will see the Hotel sign. The room is quite spacious. I didn't take the breakfast as I left the hotel early in the morning for Tateyama Kurobe. The staff also gave us free coupons for trams city riding.

Just only one thing the hotel room is a bit old but it's ok, clean enough and very spacious.

We've stayed at Toyama Chitetsu several times in the past and looked forward to staying again. The free coffee and massage chairs as well as the large table for planning our trips for the day make this hotel feel like home. It is a very short walk to the JR station and many places to grab a bite to eat. The breakfast buffet is great and loaded with many Japanese items which is very much appreciated!

The location was indeed very convenient. Their standard is pretty spacious compared to "standard" hotel rooms in Japan. Bathroom and bathtub, too are spacious.

If you put "do not disturb" sticker, they'll leave a plastic bag with towels etc at your door. They do it every day, so I collected a bunch of plastic bags that isn't very nice

Room - It got standard Japanese room size and it pretty acceptable. I got window facing Toyama station and crossing which is fantastic view at night. Breakfast- Good selection of breakfast, it is mainly Japanese but all in all good.

The staff was excellent! I had a very late check in and they had everything together to make it very quick upon arrival. The location is fantastic, it couldn’t be any closer to the train station. The breakfast was also great with a large selection of food.

Location is great. 2min from station is cool if you plan to travel in prefecture and need to make early morning trains. It was probably first business-level hotel with comfortable bed.

While we had non-smoking room it smelled after cigarettes like entire floor and in fact entire place did.
