The property was clean and spacious! Great location and plenty of spots near the beach and pool. Fun poolside bar. Walkable to many great restaurants and shopping area. The condo offered everything we needed and Campbell even drove us to the grocery store. He was so accommodating and we had a fabulous stay! We’ll definitely be staying again!

This condo is perfectly located within steps to the beach/pool/bar and walking distance to food and shopping. The condo is very clean, comfortable and updated. Host is very responsive and even drove us to the airport. Definitely want to go back.

One of my best vacations. Condo is great and close to beach and pool. Campbell was a great host. After two weeks we still were not ready to leave.

We had such a great week and cannot say one negative thing about the whole experience. We had debated on renting a car, but was unnecessary as the restaurants are walking distance, or you can hop on the bus for only $2.50 if you want to venture further. We especially loved the food at Peppers, which is only about a 5 min walk. The beach is just a few min walk right outside the condo and is absolutely beautiful. There was always a chair and umbrella available for us. Snorkeling in the cove was great, but we also recommend hopping on a bus and checking out Spotts beach to snorkel with sea turtles in their natural environment. We also recommend Captain Marvin’s excursions to check out Stingray City and go snorkeling at the reef. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and Campbell was an amazing host. He helped us out by taking us to the grocery store the first day, and then we were set for the week!! We highly recommend booking with Campbell!

My family and I loved our vacation in Grand Cayman. The condo was clean and great location. The owner Campbell met us at condo when we arrived. He is really nice and he actually took time out of his day to drive us to downtown to the shops. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Grand Cayman! This complex is great for young kids with the pool and pool bar/restaurant. The protected beach area is very kid friendly as well!

Big spacious condo on a nicely kept complex. Quiet beach and pool. Walk to shops and restaurants. Campbell the owner was excellent in welcoming us and even drove us to the supermarket. We had a great time and would return.

Cambell was the best Host.. Gave us a ride when needed and shared information of the island as to what to do. Always answered our emails and would rent again with no worries.. Randy and Jean

I think the best part of this property is the seawall. With all the beach erosion, this seawall has protected maybe 50 feet of beach and creates a very peaceful environment even when the ocean is rough. The pool area is awesome! It's beautiful and relaxing, and the beach bar has good food and drinks. The water in the shower was on the cool side, but Campbell said it was fixed. The unit was great, we used the washer every day, the entertainment situation is great if you need a break from the sun. The stay was great, we will definitely check this unit on our next visit. This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a hidden gem conveniently located in the heart of 7 Mile Beach with a perfect balance of privacy and amenities. There is a man-made lagoon on the beach that was great for snorkeling. The 2-bedroom/ full living space layout was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owner was attentive, welcoming, and available for questions. I highly recommend this rental and plan to stay here again when I return to Grand Cayman!

My wife and I honeymooned in Cayman 25 years ago, so when it can to Family vacation this year we choose Cayman again. This time we brought the kids. The condo was a great place for the family clean, bright and all the amenities. Campbell was great and very accommodating. We had a great vacation and I would definitely book again.

This was an awesome condo on 7 mile beach. Great condo, great location and great owner. I am going to get this place again soon before anyone else can get it! The best VRBO experience ever. And I have rented on VRBO for over a decade. You can crawl to the beach from the condo. Restaurants and activities are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo. But I should keep my mouth shut because I want this condo again soon and don't want too much competition!!

My wife and I as well as our 2 friends couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in the Cayman Islands. As I was stepping off the plane, Campbell was already giving me a call to ask if we needed transportation to their condo and if we knew our way there since we were driving. The condo was in terrific condition and everything was as advertised. We loved the location as it was close to so many restaurants and bars that we wanted to visit. The pool was amazing as was the swim up tiki bar. We loved how it was attached to Margaritaville and you have access to their pool and another bar as well. My wife and I have already discussed coming back with our kids because we realized how kid and family friendly everything was during our stay. When we come back to the Caymans I know exactly where we are going to book and that's with Campbell!!

I stayed here in April. The condo is great for the price. The owner made it easy to check in and out. It's 100 yards to the water! Now being next to Margaritaville, you get the added amenities of a resort with the conveniences of a condo. The property is peaceful. We walked to restaurants, shopping and strolled down 7 Mile Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Property owner was responsive and accommodating. Condo is in a truly great location on 7 mile beach and having access to the amenities of Margaritaville was fantastic. Condo could use some minor updates with the flooring and closet doors, but it was just what we needed for a great stay. I would definitely book again!
