Our family loved the property! Extremely spacious and comfortable for a large family.

Kids loved playing in the cubby house and inground trampoline. House has large doors that open up to a large deck with outdoor dining table and it was great having dinner with family on the deck. Beautiful upstairs master bed room with views of the lake.

Just what we needed. Such a beautiful place in a gorgeous location. If owners ever want to sell, look us up.

Great property, really well thought out in its design and furnishings, lovely space to be. Easy walk to town centre and lake. Unfortunately some of the appliances which may have made our stay more comfortable were not working and I'm sure will be addressed. Overall, I certainly would recommend this home when staying in Mallacoota.

Lovely comfortable house in need of some maintenance. Three of the wall lights next to beds, the fan controller in the main bedroom and kitchen tap all need fixing. Be aware this house does not have air-conditioning and the upstairs becomes very hot. There were only heavy winter doonas in December which would be a problem once the weather heats up. Even though the house is beautifully furnished the kitchen equipment is like an old beach house, a jumble of mismatched crockery and cutlery with worn out frying pans. The stovetop was an old solid electric hob which takes ages to heat anything. An induction cooktop would be more fitting to the quality of this house. Apart from these minor bugbears the house was fabulous and we would stay again.

House was awesome our family had a wonderful time ! Only downside was there must have been a miscommunication as beds were not made on arrival as we had requested. But they lovely Janelle sorted it out very promptly.

The house was amazing. Perfect for two families. Enough room for kids and adults to relax. Views of the lake are lovely. Close to shops - walking distance.

Very modern and comfortable house. Great open plan living, fantastic deck for the grown ups to enjoy happy hour, whilst the kids loved the trampoline out the back. Location is excellent also, close to the shops and the lake.

We had a wonderful time, the house is well laid out so you don’t feel like your on top of one another and your within walking distance of town.

Fantastic house for us and another family- very spacious, relaxing. Huge kitchen island- loved it. The house is so light and bright and gorgeous views of the inlet from upstairs and outside on the deck. The trampoline was a great hit with the kids- not only for bouncing but also chasing eastern water skinks! Hours of entertainment!

This house is beautiful and has everything you need in the perfect location with outlooks to bushland and waterviews galore. Unfortunately, several appliances were not in working order and the oven needs a good scrub. Also, the king size bed upstairs should be replaced asap as it is broken and it's a bit cheeky to be ignoring this. Overall we loved this house and will be back.

We love this house, have stayed at quite a few properties and this far out does them all! So much space and the kitchen was a delight to cook in. The sunny deck was amazing with our morning coffee, while the kids throughly enjoyed the trampoline! Will definitely be back.

Always a good place to stay. Thank goodness the owners have removed the large boat from the front parking area. Place was clean on arrival. Gas bottle for BBQ was almost empty the first time we used it. Overall pretty consistant with the last couple of years we have used this venue.

We enjoyed our stay. Great Place, Very clean, Very Modern and in a great location. Just needed a bit more room to park boats as there were two boats permanently parked there.

Magnificent property. Beautifully furnished with ample room and pefect for a great tome away with family and friends. The trampoline and cubby kept the kids extremely happy. The location was perfectly positioned for walks to the wharf and the shops. We are already talking about the next trip back.

A beautiful property that was a hit with the kids and adults. The kids loved the in-ground trampoline, bunk-room and short walk to the bakery. Parents loved the space to relax and all the activities to do in the area. The forest walks and boardwalk along the river just across the road were beautiful. The fishing was great. The kids really enjoyed taking a hire boat out. It was a real adventure to explore all the jetties and the variety of picnic grounds along the river. The walking track along the beach was beautiful and made for some fun bike rides. The walks in the mossy rainforest-like parts of the park were also lovely.
