facilities to be improve like heater in the rooms

The gentleman owner & his staff welcome us on their beautiful hotel. building was designed very nice with good facilities but even is renovated too. it is the best place in Nuwara ellia without any doubt. Good breakfast was served. we enjoyed view to city & village from our room. They support to keep warm room at night by fireplace which was so nice too.

The atmosphere, the place is absolutely beautiful! Great shared outside terrace with a table with the city view - right at the lobby entrance. Cozy place and hosts are wonderful!

Can't put anything here. It was quite decent for the money invested.

The view was beautiful. The room has a big space.

The location was difficult to reach. No stores or supermarkets near too.

Excellent location, hospitable, homely atmosphere, clean rooms

No restaurant inhouse, nor cook employed. Had tough time in geting food. Post COVID, many facilities such as heater, tv, etc not functional. Towels, soap etc are provided only after requesting for it. However, the owner is responsive in supporting our needs.

The view was good,

Having to pay the full amount on arrival. We were not pleased with the state of the place.... there were clothes scattered in the reception area and on the balcony. Not maintained properly. One of the rooms had hot water shortage and finally no water at all !!!! This room was supposed to have been a upgrade for us. We hope that Saliya will take this as a challenge to give a better service 😀 in the future.

The owners are the best! We came as visitors and left as friends. We really got to know them and had an amazing time together. You won't regret to visit. They made our stay unforgettable.

Nothing but improvement is possible and in progress as there were no tourists for a long time.

1. hangover host overslept and we waited for 50 minutes before he gets to the counter 2. room is very dirty 3. no hot water 4. no heating at +12 degrees at night 5. room looks very old and used

Amazing and wonderful staff. Managed to meet the owner as well, who was a great guy and very fun to converse with.

Probably one of the best hosts in town: Highest accomondation with a breathtaking view. Awesome service: Welcome tea and ginger snacks at the terasse by very polite staff. Very nice manager: Unrequested roomupgrade and free city shuttle. Fullfilled every wish we had. Outstanding food: Delicious dinner by young but high skilled cooks, followed by sunny breakfast at the terasse. Lovely room: After our intense traveling- and hiking program, we could perfectly relax in that very comfortable accomondation.

The most amazing view in Nuwara Eliya is here, in Misty Mountain Villas. Great challet, very nice host Shan, lovely breakfast. Who can ask for more?:))

It was a bit chilly in the room, but the host provided us with the heater, so it was nice.
