Excellent location and view, pet-friendly, you can find everything you need in the apartment, you can cook there and then enjoy your meal on the balcony with an amazing view. You also get a summer card, that gives you free access to a lot of cable cars and other tourist attractions in the area. You can store your bikes in the garage.

It is the first negative review in my 10+ years on booking.com. On the day of the departure we received a hand written bill with extra charges, that had not been communicated to us (the final cleaning of the apartment and the city tax). It was not a big deal, I just like to be informed in advance, because we had to drive to the ATM (payments are only accepted in cash, with NO RECEIPT from the owner). Update: After my initial review on booking.com the owner contacted me saying that the miscommunication was the fault of booking.com and promising to reimburse the extra costs. That didn't happen as the owner stopped answering e-mails and texts. Not a big loss but it was the most unpleasant experience I've had with the property owners. NEVER AGAIN. WLAN is non-existent, which is ok if you don't have to work on your vacation.
