I wish there was an iron in the room. Even if it’s was a Saturday, I wish there was someone to answer to some practicals questions.

Expect to be left at your own. No contact whatsoever possible outside their short office hours. I got two messages with 3 codes each. Two codes were right on the first message, and two were wrong on the second. Entering the building felt like playing an escape room. The secure box to get your key it's the same to do checkout, I left my key there inside the black drawer were it's writen "depot de clé" so " checkout" in french, one they after they sent an email saying they couldn't find my key... I had to call them several times and send several emails to explain to them where the key was in their own box!!!! They finally foung it. Now I have been asking for an invoice for two weeks now... still no answer.

The accomodation is simple and clean. There are vending machines on the ground floor including a coffee machine which is very convenient. The staff are very nice and accomodating, except the weird must take out your bins or pay SIXTY EURO.

The location is outrageous. It is far and impractical. Especially in a city with little public transport, including taxis. There are practically no walking paths to get to this place which is bizarre to say the least. The threat of paying €60 if you don't take your own rubbist downstairs is too much.

Reasonable price.

The bed was a fold up Z bed. Shower cubicle quite small. Long way from anything

No airco No new toiletpaper and towels No cleaning

i was to arrive on a Sunday (which I had booked and paid for), however I wasn’t told that this place was ‘closed’. no one in reception to let me in. every number I had called didn’t answer… I ended up having to spend extra money booking another hotel…. DO NOT GO HERE!
