Very fun trip in a beautiful place!

It’s a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Short walk to the beach as stated. Well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was also great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Mar. Everything was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable, we had plenty of linens and towels, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the bathrooms were huge. We also appreciated all of the beach extras in the garage like beach chairs, toys, and extra beach carts/wagons. The beach was a nice, short walk away!

We loved this house. It was clean and convenient to the beach! Kitchen was well equipped.

This is our 4th summer stay at Bella Mar. Firstly, we enjoy Kure, nice and clean beach, not as crowded as nearby beaches. Secondly, Bella Mar is adequately appointed, very light and well laid out. The balcony provides a tranquil start to each morning. Enough room for out extended family of 10 and we aren't all on top of each other! Thirdly, block and a half to the beach via nearby access. All of these equates to return stay next summer! Madison and staff at itrip always provide timely communications before during and after the stay.

Clean property, listing matched actual property. Worked very well for 2 families of 5 plus grandparent. 2 block to easy beach access. Nice neighborhood. Would stay there again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar. We had absolutely everything we needed for the week. The house is beautiful and perfect for our family of 10 as well as the dog. The house is conveniently located near the beach, good restaurants and grocery stores. It also came furnished with beach equipment which made the kids happy. The instructions provided prior to check in were very thorough and communications throughout our stay were easy and helpful. It was great to be able to reach out via text to get a quick response to our needs. If we’re ever in the NC area and in need of a beach home, we know who to contact.

My entire family and I thoroughly enjoyed Bella Mar during our stay at Kure Beach. The house is in an area of town that's not crowded, so there's plenty of space to spread out on the beach for our crew of 11. The house itself was also spacious and all the essentials we needed. We felt right at home during our stay and definitely recommend this location.

Our family ranged in age from 77 down to two. The elevator was a great help. Plenty of room, nicely decorated, and best of all clean. We hope to stay here again.

The house was clean, in good shape, very close to the beach and well maintained. The hosts were pretty responsive.

We had a wedding to attend at Ft. Fisher and needed a place for the whole family to stay. 3 generations. I was a little worried about having everybody in close quarters, but Bella Mar is not close quarters. It is beautiful and spacious and we all had plenty of room to be together or on our own.

Our stay at Bella Mar was great! The house was beautiful and clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Communication with iTrip was easy and they were very responsive. The only disappointment was the fact that the elevator wasn’t operational as we had some older guests, but some things can’t be helped and everyone managed fine. I highly recommend this property!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Bella Mar The home had plenty of room for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything needed. The neighborhood was nice and the walk to the beach was just a few minutes. Very clean home.

The house was great - beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked and there’s a nice supply of beach chairs and toys! Communication with iTrip was great throughout the rental process, check-in and during our stay.

Great vacation at Bella Mar in Kure.

Had a great long weekend with friends at Bella Mar. The room arrangement was very good for us. Proximity to the beach and Kure Beach board walk is excellent - even got a nice view of the ocean from the stylish Living Room. Beds were all comfortable. What's not to say. Very, very nice place!

The maid service definitely failed on this one. I do not believe the entire top level had been swept. Our feet were dirty walking around inside. Enough so that I took a picture. On one of our king beds, the top sheet was not long enough to tuck in. The first floor smells musty and king bedroom doesn't have anywhere to hang clothes or a dresser. The louvered doors to the room really don't fit the opening. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and no shelf or table to put items. It would be handy to have had something available and there is room. The top floor king bed has some sagging issues. We mentioned these things as well as the light that is burnt out. Now that it is getting darker earlier, you can't see the keypad without using your phone. We did mention it to the property manager and she apologized, but did nothing. There are plenty of extra pillows, but no extra pillowcases. The coffee maker probably needs to be replaced.

This rental exceeded our expectations! It was clean, spacious and steps away from the entrance to the beach! The beds were super comfortable, everything worked, WIFI was great, seriously there were no issues! The kitchen and upstairs living area was great with a beautiful views of the beach from the balcony. The property managers were very communicative and so pleasant. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This was an incredibly beautiful home with a great view and a short walk to the beach. Fantastic location and everything you need to have a great vacation with multiple families. Will definitely return.

The Bella Mar is a great beach house that is absolutely bigger then it looks in the pictures, it easily accommodated all of my friends with room to spare, the walk to the beach is 2 minutes only and the area was very quiet. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying here to go ahead and book now.

If you’re looking for a large house in close vicinity to the beach then this is it! The condo is beautiful and all of the touches they put into it were greatly appreciated. I was on vacation, but with a kitchen like that I didn’t even mind cooking every day! I will say I wish there were more common items like sugar, flour, aluminum foil, and containers with lids (for leftovers). We just had to make an extra trip to the store to purchase the items so it wasn’t too big of a deal. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and they really do have everything in the house you need to enjoy your days there. And less than a 10 min car ride brings you to the boardwalk. You definitely could walk to it, but I had a 2 year old and no stroller so we drove. We had a couple small issues and the property manager was quick to respond and was helpful. And there’s an elevator in case you missed that in the description. It made carrying the suitcases upstairs SO MUCH easier! If we come back to this area we will definitely stay here again.

Bella Mar was the perfect house for a beach vacation for multiple families. We had 3 families in total. I loved that this house had 3 master bedrooms so no arguments over who gets the master. Walking to the beach took 5 mins, which is great with young kids. A 10 minute walk to a few small shops, restaurants, and the Pier. Around 10 minute drive to Publix for groceries. We grilled daily with either the charcoal or propane grill. Kids enjoyed having the ping pong table in the garage. Management was quick to respond when the internet went down. I would definitely go back.

We loved our stay at the property ! The house has plenty of space and is so close to the beach and pier . We really loved the view of the ocean and enjoyed the porch . Can’t wait to visit again!
