Nice location! Hotel and restaurant staff was incredible, so positive, caring, helpful and ready to go extra mile for us. Breakfast and dinner was amazing, spoiled of choise! Will definately come back again.

Connecting to wifi could have been made more simple.

The nice woman at the reception(sorry forgot your name, Cony maby..), the pools and the tranquility, the food.

One lady working at the restaurant 1st night was rude cause we took a seat at a table with 4 sets of table cloths instead of 2.We were 2 persons but there were no instructions what so ever. Other persons working there are all verry kind and all smiles. The last day of the holliday we had all day workers at the adult only pool :( verry noisy cutting metal etc. Not ok! Hoped they would live but they left at about 16.00 :( Also be aware you may not have a parking spot when u come. There are not that many spots available.

The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was self serve - but we had plenty of dishes to choose from. I think everybody with all kind of diets could find something for themselves. Our room was small but nice with a little balcony. The hotel also had a swimming pool.

We really missed a small fridge from the room. In front of the elevator there was a huge water stain covered with blankets.. I guess there was a pipe broken. We really had to take care when entering the elevator not to fall.. as it was slippery. The Morlans group has several hotels in the city/on the island - we did not stayed in the one I booked - or at least did not looked like as on the pictures. The buildings are located next to each other.. so there was no problem.. but still..

Nice pool-area Several types of fried eggs, warm vegetables and bacon for breakfast.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice smaller hotel with good atmosphere close to the main boulevard where you can find lot of restaurants and shops. and also close to the beach. Good breakfast and dinner.

First of all, no one at the reception spoke English except a male receptionist. So it was quite difficult to contact the reception with any questions. We rented a car and dropping it off was a disaster. We had to go back to the reception three times to pay for the one-day rental, and even with our piece of the contract we could not do much. There were no leaflets out at the reception, or it was, only in German, and since the receptionists didn't know English, they couldn't help us with the programs/tours that we looked for. Breakfast and dinner (since we paid for half board) were a disaster. The bakery products at breakfast were not fresh, the meats were often raw and chewy. The only things that were edible were vegetables and fruits, and store-bought desserts. More than once, we were so hungry that we all went out for dinner at a restaurant, all while paying the hotel a fortune. The bathroom: even if the neighbor turns on the light in his bathroom, everything lights up in our room, and we heard every conversation of theirs in our bed. There was no shower gel, only two small bags that had never been refilled. The room had no minibar, no refrigerator. We didn't appreciate this so much at 50 degrees. The receptionist proudly said that we would get a premium room instead of a standard room. They didn't manage to give us a room with a double bed, but two singles beds were pushed together, which slid apart every morning, and one of us was half inside the hole in the morning. It was great to suffer with back pain for 8 days. According to the booking.com description, there is a rooftop lounge with a jacuzzi. It really is, but it doesn't work, the lightning was switched off even when we were still upstairs without question. Furthermore, the uploaded pictures do not reflect reality, the 4-person sofa bed was nowhere to be found, for example. Cleaning: they changed one towel a day, even if we threw the towels we wanted to change on the floor.

Only one positive thing was a clean room.

Really bad staff. First receptionist was okay, but if I will not ask her questions I will not know how the things works. Second receptionist was a disaster. Pretty old, so she didnt know how to work well with electronic devices and she was really really slow. Staff in restaurant was okay, but come on, the hotel is located in Spain (no in Germany) so maybe dont start always with a german language. All other staff i met was acting like they dont see the guest at all. Not that they dont hold the door for you when they see you coming alone with suitcases, they even close the door :) Last but not least, the wellness was TOTALLY dirty and sauna was bad too.

The rooms and outdoor pool was nice. Toni the barman was really kind and attentive. The lady who checked us in was very helpful.

The spa was very cold and disappointing we told reception but the lady said it was fine without checking. Offered me nothing in compensation. We booked for the spa so this was very disappointing it was a treat for my two daughters and one didn't even go in it was so cold.

The hotel have more buildings, we were in one of the across the road, opposite the main building. I would say it was average, nothing special. swimming pool near our part of the hotel was small and we did not use it. Swimming pool near the main building looks better. Restaurant was big enough and staff in restaurant was so nice :-) We had breakfast and dinner and it was really best part of the hotel.

Great location and the place definitely has its atmosphere. It is very quiet as the visitor age category is 45+ All staff speaks German and English. The place is clean and we liked the cafeteria. The best thing about the hotel is the cafeteria staff. Loli, Judith and Fran are superstars! They make you feel like home, always welcoming and attentive, eager to chat and suuuper friendly! The bar guy is awesome too! I guess the price / quality ratio is ok.

The interiors of the room we were in are pretty used up. We would kindly ask the administration to change the squeaky beds and old and awful mattresses for future visitors. People with back pains and hernia related problems will find it super difficult to get up in the morning. This bed thing literally ruined our stay as we did a decent amount of trekking during the days and we couldn’t get a proper sleep at night and couldn’t literally get up in the morning after sleeping in hammock mattresses. Thank you!

We liked everything about the hotel. Is the best location possible, near restaurants and beach, but in a quiet place also. It was very clean, not only in the room but at the restaurant and the pool allso. It has a very nice balcony on the top of one building where you can lay down in the lazy afternoons or at the sunset. The breakfast was the best, very variated with a lot of fresh fruits, cold and hot dishes, fresh baverages, good coffee, anything you need in other words. The stuff was absolutely wonderful, they did their best to make you feel good. We liked it so much that we decided to stay 5 more nights. I think Paguera is one of the best location in Mallorca, for families with kids. You can get there very easy from the airport, by bus.

Everything else was great especially the staff and the food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, when needed. We booked the hotel on the same day as we arrived and the staff helped us a lot! And the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

Only thing I found stressful was that the air conditioner on our last two days started turning itself on and wouldn’t switch off for a while… also the door key sometimes didn’t work and I’d have to go often ask for a new one. Other than that everything was amazing

Clean and nice reception desk staff.

Were offered food at the bar while solely wanting a drink. The food was not taken away when we made the bar staff aware that we did not need any food. Food was also offerend covered in cling foil. Beds were unformtable.

Loads of variety at breakfast and the shower was really good.

The mattress on the bed and the pillows were absolutely awful. It felt like sleeping on a tiny thin piece of foam....

Everything! Really and truly, all the stuff was super welcoming and smiley. We really liked the attitude of the receptionists, waitresses and people who were working in the kitchen. In this respect, Tonino was one of the best. Both the breakfast and dinner were tasty and the selection of food was incredibly various. Our room was absolutely beautiful since it had a washroom with a spacious shower and a balcony in front of the main road. The swimming pool and launge helped us to blow off some steam and get relaxed. We must come back again soon. Thanks for cuddling us, guys!

Everything was absolutely great. I would only suggest not to be focus on German customers. Everybody indeed, was able to speak in Spanish and German but not in English. If you improved that you would deserve a higher mark (10!!!).
