Booking.com advertise this as a dog friendly hotel, on arrival we were advised not, in the most welcoming manor the owner made it very clean he owned the place and we weren’t allowed dogs, slightly arrogant to be honest. In the winter months they do not due to dogs being left in the room, we take the dogs out during the day with us but weren’t aware, read the very small print. (4 pages down from the confirmation.) easily missed and a genuine error We would have happily accepted the situation and paid for another place but the owner had to make a situation of it, his arrogance made us feel unwelcome. Overall customer experience was poor, we avoided breakfast as it was frozen not fresh bread/pastries and the property is old and very small rooms Better options in the Soldeu area in my opinion

Small but with restaurant and bar. Clean and good location. Willing to accept pets.

Room has good sound proof from the street noise but sound proof from other the guests in the hotel is not good. Don't have kettle in the room.

property was clean but flies are flying every where on the tables but the staff at the reception is very rude upon requesting anything she always gives bad attitude and pass rude comments. bathroom doors locks were broken upon requesting to fix it never got fixed .

Great location with beautiful views. Only 100 metres from the gondola terminal. Lovely terrace to sit out and appreciate the views. Really enjoyed my evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Room clean and tidy. Excellent, efficient and friendly staff.

Room soundproofing not good. Would have been nice to have a fridge and coffee making facilities in room.
