No elevator, Rusted metals, broken tiles, no balcony, small TV, old and unconfortable mattress.

Location was very good. Staff was so nice and kind. Flat was clean and very comfortable.

Air-condition had two times problem. Maybe it needs service. There was only a thing which i needed. Maybe in summer you don't need but in winter season, I guess flat should has even a small carpet which is next to bed. Other all were so useful and good.

The host is very nice, the apartment was clean and nice, and the price was fair.

But bus station is in ~10 min, and a lot of restaurants nearby, good place.

The safe was actually very unsafe - with a key lock instead of pin-code and there were no key in the room for it. When returned back home just after this hotel we found out that there is no golden bracelet among jewelry. It was a very memorable thing for my wife. There is no chance we lost it somewhere. Staff definitely should do something with safety in the hotel. Many times we found out that the frond door is open and nobody is on reception. Doors are locking just by keys and not by one-time cards, so any guest can make a copy. Safes are old and keys to them are missing.

The room in which I stayed was very shabby. The towels were dirty, the furniture and kitchen equipment were old, the blanket was stained, there was dust on the lamp, the forks and spoons didn't look clean, the toilet paper holder was rusted. But the worst thing was yet to come. At night I saw that the room was infested with cockroaches, it was just awful. The next morning I asked for refund. I got refund for 3 upcoming days, but since this was a non-refund offer, had to pay for that night which I stayed.

It is an overall good place and quiet place

I didnt like the pricing ..when u book for 183e and then u get charged 225e at the reception.. and they tell u. That booking is giving them the prices..that was.on my first visit.on my second visit I stayed two days..i asked to stay two.more days .supposevly with the same amount I payed the two first days..(I payed them 130e)they.called.me after 3 hours and told me they made a mistake..they asked for 60 euros.more.i gave them 30 euros.(160e)more because I dont think.its right to play customers like that..and my room didnt get even (I stayed in the same room 4 days)upgraded why should.i pay 60euros more I dont understand!!
