A fine breakfast. A quiet location ensuring a good night's sleep. A pool for a refreshing late afternoon dip.

A lack of shade. We couldn't use the pool until late afternoon, as the Provencal sun is relentless. The reception was perfunctory compared to the other Chambres d'hotes where we stayed on this 6-week trip.

The pool was a real plus, because we arrived around 7 pm and could still enjoy it for about one hour. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the place. The rooms are good, but bringing our suitcase to the first floor was a hassle.

Help to bring to suitcase upstairs could be nice.

Clean and cordial staff. Small fridge in the room and AC works well. Close to Roussillon center by car. The pool was open and sadly I didn’t get to use.

The parking lot and the path to the room were covered in gravel. I had to lift and carry my luggage checking in and out. Getting in and out of the parking lot into the road is little dangerous as you can’t see the oncoming traffic. The roads are narrow and winding and drivers seems to speed in the area. The center of Roussillon is very close by car but not desirable to walk when it’s hot and there are no designated pedestrian path to the hotel. Public parking near Roussillon cost €3. Breakfast should be included in the rate.

very well run hotel, owner was very pleasant and helpful, everything was very well maintained, clean, fresh, everything you needed was there :)

Good location close to Roussillon, nice common areas (garden, pool), free pass to park at Roussilloncar parks, nice selection of teas at breakfast

Filter coffee at breakfast somewhat disappointing; would appreciate the option of having espresso, cafe au lait, etc.

Hotel is quiet and clean with a swimming pool. Staff are very nice and helpful and free parking is a plus

A very warm welcome to a lovely hotel in the hills near Rousillon. A gem.

The offerings for breakfast we’re fresh and plentiful. The breakfast room had a nice view of the property.

Not sure…was one of the nicest places we stayed during our 3 week trip to 3 countries.

Breakfast Cleanliness

Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast, good facilities

The room was basic, but spacious and clean. Having a refrigerator is a great extra. We loved that our room was literally at the edge of a forest. The garden is nice, and there is also a decent-sized pool (which was a little cold, but clean). Staff was nice and helpful and they spoke English. Breakfast was good with some extra choices compared to a basic French breakfast, including cheese, cold cuts and eggs.

Everything was OK.

The staff was so kind enough and cleaned our room very carefully. The hospitallity of the staff was very warmful. The two-days stay were very comfortable.

The location was perfect and the fact that you got a parking pass for town outstanding. That may make it worthwhile for you as it was easy to get everywhere and free parking was convenient although it doesn't cost much.

Room was ok but not great, basic room. Bed ok not great. Owners not particularly friendly but maybe because we are not French?

The proprietor was welcoming and helpful and happy to give recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. Though breakfast was extra, it was plentiful with a wide selection.
