beautiful hotel! absolutely immaculate, great staff, very polite and helpful.

the leisure centre just felt a bit dated in comparison to the hotel BUT was great - the pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna were fantastic!

The hotel itself was lovely very clean and we'll decorated, we had a meal in the hotel it was lovely

I found the staff a bit unprofessional, they were snapping at each other in front of guests , also we landed at 3 pm for check in as we wanted to relax and maybe go to the pool before our dinner booking at 5 30 but our room wasn't ready until 4 40 we had to sit in the bar , which was disappointing, I was then left very rushed to get ready for dinner and never got to check out the pool which is always my favorite part of a stay , bit they did give us 20 pound of our meal , don't think I would go back unfortunately 🙋

reception staff were friendly and approachable, some of the restaurant staff made our experience very uncomfortable, one of the female staff actually followed me out of restaurant and openly asked for a tip.

we reported a number of faults to reception but only one (toilet seat) was rectified but not until 3 days into our 4 day stay.

Lovely hotel, did everything I needed to do during my business trip to the area. Meals were excellent and the staff courteous and helpful. One downside was that I had a room with no outlook and that kind of spoiled things for me. Apart from that no issues and will use this hotel in future.

I really couldn't complain about anything apart from my rooms outlook. The window was frosted and it did let light in but kind of felt that I was in a bathroom! I know there was nothing really to look at outside but frosted glass is not for me!

Simple buffet breakfast but adequate for our needs.

Lovley hotel and the staff were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly, the table service were faultles for both meals and the food was great. The best hotel stay that I have had for a long time, will return soon.

Bed was alittle hard for me but OK.
