The room was very clean!! It is an impressive property!

It's very outdated and could really use a renovation. Also, although the hotel was practically empty, our room was very far away from the entrance. We requested 2 beds so I can't say if that might be the reason but if it was myself I would try to give everyone the most convenient room because little things like that influence customer's opinions and it's important.

We had a good deal on the room, so actually it was a good value for money, but overall the room (especially shower) and hotel needs a bit of TLC and I won't be paying 210 euro rate which is stated as a general rate in the room. Breakfast was good, but there was a limitation of options, as I think there were just several people in hotel at this time of the year. Bed was good and comfortable and clean.

Bathroom needs a bit of a maintenance; the doors of the wardrobe as well. It would have been good if place gave out flip-flops or advised about them, as floors are tiled and quite cold to walk on.

The room is big. And they have a bathtub.

They haven't an elevator so I had to carry my two baggage and one backpack to my room using the stairs. It was terrible. And the receptionist didn't try to help to me. That's not good service. The shower is old and it takes a long time to heat up. They haven't a kettle in the room.

It has a hacienda vibe on the outside, with a nice entrance, garden en nice seats. Friendly and professional staff. Pool area is great, but not as in the pictures.

The inside is a bit out dated, though clean. This is true for the reception area, breakfast room and hotel room.

Pool was closed. Rooms reasonable but the standard rooms are no where near 4 star rating that the hotel has. The premier rooms also not 4 star. Staff were fantastically friendly and accommodating that compensated a little for the lack of facilities and other services

Rooms too small and standard rooms very noisy near the main road. Pool was closed (out of season was the reason given). Not mentioned when the booking was made that the pool was closed.
