Das Haus hat Charme. Das Personal ist herzlich, professionell und echt. Sie leben die Gastfreundschaft. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Ich schätze es, dass die Musik wirklich nur als dezente Hintergrundmusik zu hören ist.

Akustische Isolierung der Zimmer, aber ist halt bei älteren Gebäuden so.

Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a bien recommandé concernant les activités possibles et les transports à proximité. L'hôtel se situe à une vingtaine de minutes pieds de la vieille ville ce qui était très appréciable pour visiter la ville paisiblement !

Die Zimmer im Marthahaus sind ausserordentlich sauber. Es sind keine Luxuszimmer, es hat aber alles was es braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse Auswahl und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Goed hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Centrale ligging. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Heerlijke bedden en schoon sanitair. Goed ontbijt. Bern OV pas inbegrepen bij overnachting

Great breakfast, comfortable bed

Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Also really appreciative of the 24 hour coffee, and tea service. Clean and generous selections.

Hotel was in a very quiet, but not necessarily pretty surroundings.

Location, friendly staff, clean room

I didn’t notice when booked this room that it hasn’t shower/bath/toilet. Only sharing with next rooms. A bit surprise, but I used to live such way) be attentive. You can pay extra 40 franks per night for room with toilet. But I didn’t do it, cause next rooms were empty. Restrooms are extremely clean. The breakfasts are pretty poor - like everywhere in Bern) The city is perfect; a lot of interesting places. Little trouble with stores - mostly of them are closing after 6 pm (and closed on Sundays). Public transport is very fast and comfortable, the tickets price are included into hotel price.
