All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. Perfect for big groups of friends. Amazing outdoor area. everything perfect.

The location is perfect with an infinity pool with breathtaking views, the house is clean and the rooms are charming

The verandah views, family friendly access, excellent shaded parking, pool, access to sea, as well as owner and service support were all first class.

The property is simply amazing. Rooms are big and clean and the outside is a paradise with a private access to the sea. we were there for a bachelor party and everything was awesome

Wi-Fi wasn’t very good, some of the kitchen appliances didn’t work very well, not enough sun beds for 8 people

The property was just as it was advertised on Booking.com and the location was excellent - close to the lovely Barbati Bay area and in a quiet gated location, so very safe. Easy walking distance to the private jetty and access to the sea. The pool and sunbathing area was lovely, fabulous views to the sea and loads of gorgeous plants around the property made it feel luxurious.

Unfortunately we had no information about getting into the property through the electric gates until I telephoned on arrival. It would have been nice for someone to have welcomed us or emailed/texted with the gate code and explained where the keys were. However, the location, property and facilities were brilliant, although a little tired in places - could have done with a bit of paint and replaced the old outdoor seating for the prices we paid. Perhaps the last Covid year had affected upkeep. There was an issue with leaking air condition units upstairs on arrival but after telephoning the Corfu Luxury Villas office, the owner came round immediately and then arranged for someone to fix it that same afternoon which was impressive.

Loved the house, gardens, supplies they left, cleanliness, amazing views, extra blankets/dressing gowns! Worth a walk down the path to the sea from the house. Easy to drive into Corfu..

Shower heads needed descaling. Hot water not great, took ages to come through. Beds not particularly comfy and chairs in dining room needed new foam!
