Le froid qui venait de la baie vitrée heureusement qu'il y avait des rideaux,la fuite a la chasse d'eau l'eau coulait en continu dans le WC,la moquette avait une odeur de renfermé . Des détails oui mais important même pour une nuit

Un accueil très agréable , une chambre bien propre et très calme , un SPA vraiment exceptionnel avec une température idéale pour bien nous réchauffer .

Nous n'avons pas prix de petit déjeuner car le prix est un peu excessif vu que nous sommes de petits mangeurs cela ne nous convenait pas vraiment

I loved this place! The spa was perfect, warm pool, hammam, sauna, etc....and the restaurant, my goodness it was very very good! I ate there every night, and give it the highest rating...the staff were very accommodating, and let us use the spa a bit later than the usual early closing time...thank you!

The fact that the spa closed at 21:00, it would be better if it were 22-22:30, for those of us who work during the day...

The staff were friendly and attentive, space was enough for our family’s stay. A few more amenities in the bathroom would have made it more of a 4* experience as it only had a tiny bar of hand soap and a 3-in-1 shampoo, bath and hand gel. The restaurant was cozy and food had a ‘home-cooked’ taste. The spa was a lovely relaxing experience, with a steam room, sauna and a wellness pool (only for people over 16 years old). Great location if you’re in the area for the Christmas market in Haguenau & Strasbourg. Ample free parking around the property.

No bathroom amenities. No coffee/tea / kettle in room. No adaptor plugs available. Too soft pillows (only two were given for each bed). Having to ask for a spa bag (consisting of a towel & slippers) and having to pay 10€ for a bathrobe then having to bring it down to the reception after. Massages had to requested 4hrs prior to booking as therapist was not based in-house. Breakfast was simple and not worth the extra price. Lack of hot dishes, no eggs cooked to order. Sausages and scrambled eggs served in a shaving dish which was cold and not replenished.

Nice new Spa Even though small and full / hotel was fully booked on a Saturday.

Conditions of rooms and hallway are not what I would have expected for this hotel category.

Living room in the junior suite becomes a bit narrow to walk through when sofa becoming the extra bed . No door between between bedroom and living room with the extra bed.

Everything was really modern, clean and nice. It was a very pleasant stay for a good price.

It can be hard to arrive without the car.

Nice to have a restaurant on site since there is no restaurant nearby. Large parking on site.

There was only one standard outside plug 220V to charge an electrical car, and this was taken. So no real charging possibility. There was no possibility to make your own coffee or tea in the room.

Lovely, clean modern hotel with excellent spa facilities. Friendly, helpful staff and a fantastic restaurant.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning and the spa was lovely. Food in restaurant was delicious and breakfast offered everything you could want.

Only one thing could have been better - if there had been a kettle in the room.

Lift was out of order morning we left, inside decor felt a little old but clean.

Deluxe room - a bit small; breakfast mediocre; spa is a bit strange - no fresh air - no open windows - when there are a lot of people, this is not hygienic - very disappointed - didn’t use it because it was so stuffy and closed up.

I liked the friendly and very kind staff. nice restaurant and excellent food. I enjoyed the spa too.

I would suggest to change the chaise-longue in the spa , as they had no feet and were positioned very low on the floor. I hurt my finger when trying to sit down there.
