the room was extremely hot, no air conditioning

complicate for the breakfast : we have 2 little girls : they don't eat at the breakfast and the bos of the hotel asked 10 euros/person even for our 2 children => 40 euros. We decided to go and take the breakfast in the city center (for 4 people : 15 €) and it was delicious

The bed sheets were clean, the room spacious enough, the bathroom had hot water and the elevator was working

Many makeshift items in the room to replace old broken parts, eg a fridge under the desk instead of the original place, so you vouldn’t use the desk for writing as the space for legs for already used by the fridge. The cupboards in the bathroom were not cleaned from inside after last guests. The peice of 128 euros for the room was overpriced.

at 8:00 i went for breakfast had minimal food, and their quality was very bad. the location is good it is almost in the center of the city you can go back to see the sights and you have many restaurant options and everything else that Lubeck has to offer.At 21:30 the electricity in my room was cut off at night. After I got on the phone I informed the owner about the incident, he told me he could not come and because he was in Hamburg, and he did not have anyone to send. Then he hung up the phone so as not to disturb me. I was left without electricity all night, without light. Without being able to charge my cell phone and in the morning I took a bath without having light in the bathroom. Desperate hotel service zero. Enjoy their hotel.

A mistake, I booked this hotel in a hurry without checking the reviews. Not much positive to say about this place.

The receptionist was indifferent at best. One room was marginally passable with torn curtains, loosely hanging electrical contacts. The other room was a catastrophe, with hanging and torn wall paper, broken door to the closet, loose cables "secured" at the end with scotch tape, construction material leaning against the wall and missing bed lights. Both rooms were unclean. The hotel is located very nicely in regards to the local tourist sights, but on a very busy street with bars open late and youth wanting to show off their strong engines.

good price, big room (4 persons), great location. Read some reviews prior to booking and did not expect too much - but the hotel exceeded our expectations: rooms were clean, nice shower, complementary bottle of water and tea/coffee. Not a fancy hotell but worth the money for a short stay (we only needed an overnight stay).

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Luebeck.

service of the rooms was very ad hoc. when they did come hardly anything was done. some days the bed was made and everything else left. the bathroom was not cleaned. the net curtain was hanging half off the rail and was never put back. the carpets and furniture looked grubby. breakfast was very basic and not at all appealing.

I liked the location, the staff spooke english and very helpful.
