Geweldige tussenstop voor ons. Direct aan de snelweg, heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant, kids nog even gezwommen, groot bed, uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

De ligging vlakbij de snelweg en de grote kamer.
Het restaurant, met name het diner. Ontbijt was prima.

Lage nah an der Autobahn; reichlich kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Wellnessbereich prima.
Lage nicht nah am Bahnhof, auch keine Busverbindung vorhanden; Personal konnte zur Umgebung keine Auskunft geben. Personal beim Frühstück teilweise überfordert, weshalb Büffet nicht vollständig befüllt war. Bar leider geschlossen, offenbar dauerhaft.

Sie hatten ein Bett
Trotz vorheriger Rücksprache verfügt das Hotel spontan dann doch nicht über Ladeinfrastruktur für mein Auto.
Und die Krönung: Der Pool (Buchungskriterium) hat nur von 17-22 Uhr auf. Also kein Schwimmen am Morgen. Die Begründung: es müsse ein Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort sein… in einem Pool in dem ein Kleinkind zu doof wäre zu ertrinken. Ist mittlerweile ein echt runtergekommener Drecksschuppen! ☹️ nie wieder!

Zinmer und Bad waren sauber, Rezeptionsteam hilfsbereit und freundlich
Lautstärke im Zimmer, Wellnessbereich hat am Vormittag geschlossen, Restaurant / Frühstücksbereich nicht sauber (angesprochen, hat Kellner am Abend direkt gesaugt, sollte aber nachdem die Gäste weg sind stattfinden)

Leider war unsere Etage sehr überheizt, sodass es trotz abgedrehter Heizung und offenem Fenster zum Schlafen zu warm war.

Lovely hotel, room, staff, service, food in the restaurant…all was great.
Good location as we needed a hotel near the motorway but not exactly on it and breathing fresh air.

Excellent mattress and linen. Breakfast was more than ample. I liked the choice of not having the room serviced in lieu of €5 per night towards food and beverage.
There was disappointment though. Our room had no wifi. I reported this twice which was met with surprise. No one came to check and no apology was offered.

Everything is very spacious - premises, lobby, restaurant, room, bathroom…. and the staff was very friendly. Especially the waiter in the restaurant. Wish I had asked him for his name.
The environment appeared a bit sad, the Theatre Building looked abandoned and run down and the „view“ from my room was depressing.

Perfect location, close to the autobahn but still very calm and quiet, surrounded by the forrest. Staff is most welcoming and always friendly. The family room is very spacious. The spa is perfect to relax a bit after a long drive. We're regulars as our roadtrips cross Germany and we always like to stay here.

Cold room and bathroom practically without heating. In sommer months perhaps fine but in the winter...at least the block of the hotel where room 250 is.

Hotel is a 3 minute drive from the A3, super convenient as a stop and go hotel. Breakfast is more then adequate considering price. Clean rooms, stiff matrasses (which i personally like) decent sized room

I love this place, the staff is absolutely wonderful, they go out of their way to help you and make your stay nice. My fire beast were also welcome and they have had a gift in the room for the pups. The beds… I need one for myself! I didn’t want to get up, I slept like a baby. The wellness is beautiful, also the restaurant is very good. I highly recommend this place.
