L'emplacement, le petit déjeuner inclus, le check in simple, le parking disponible, le personnel sympathique.
La literie n'est pas confortable, on a fait des changements de matelas pour essayer d'avoir quelques chose qui était un peu mieux.
Je pense qu'il y a une bonne marge de progression en mettant pour commencer de vrais sommiers pour adultes tout comme les matelas, pas de simple matelas mousse pour enfants. Dommage parce que le reste est plutôt bien.

The breakfast can use some variety for the price
The price for 4 nights with breakfast exceed my expectation.

The room was clean and a good size for a family of 4. The location is central to both Rulantica and Europa park, it is about a 20 minute walk to the main entrance of Europa Park, or there is a shuttle available just down the street as well. Located close to restaurants, grocery store and bakery are just a few steps from the hotel property. A nice breakfast included in the room rate with both hot and cold food options.
The front desk is staffed for only a few hours a day in the morning before check-in is allowed. We arrived during this time, however there was no one there and we had to walk into the restaurant and ask a member of the kitchen staff for assistance. There is no place to store luggage until check-in, so if you are planning on visiting either Europa park or Rulantica you will be instructed to leave your luggage items in the car until check-in. It would be nice to offer luggage storage services or to be allowed to leave luggage in the room while it is being cleaned/prepared. Also, our room was on the top floor with one window and only one working fan, so if you are visiting in summer be aware that it will be hot in the room. Another note is that there is a restaurant next to the property that has a rooftop club atmosphere, they play music quite loudly until 10pm.

Very near on the grocery, bus stop and just in between europa park and rulastica, both walking distance.

The location was relatively good, not far from both parks, and especially not far from a bus stop which would take you to any of them. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was quite nice as well. It also had a very nice restaurant (The Grill) in the nearby.
Some noise of people speaking outside of the room could be heard. There was no elevator for the baby stroller.

We stayed there one night when traveling to Spain. After three weeks we preferred to stay there again when coming back, also for one night. We like this place, great breakfast and super hamburgers for the dinner as well. We also like supermarkets nearby and the river and walks with our dog, about 10 minutes by car from hotel.
We do appreciate more coffee for the breakfast.

The breakfast was astonishing with a really big selection of meals.
Beds were comfortable and clean, as well were the rooms.
We were there in winter, and the floor was pretty cold. The room temperature was OK.

Loud - we could hear two other families talking at normal volume at all hours (thin walls, not the other guests fault). I didn't complain about this but after my stay was over, I got a surprise charge for a crib they put in my room for my 2 year old son which I thought was out of courtesy. When I replied to them asking where they told me this would cost extra, they wrote some strange thing back to me, which I think is meant to be an insult:
"there are people who always want everything, have a room early, order 1 room for 1 person and still bring children, move into the room early, no matter we can do a lot, and some guests would not satisfy.
You know there's a good saying that you give the little finger and the other takes the whole hand, well that's the way it is."

Excellent location for both Rulantica and Europa Park. 15 minute walk to Rulantica entrance.

Room heat was not working great, but we survived and the room provided plenty of blankets.

Location close to Europapark
Rude owners who were never at the reception and then wrote threatening emails a day later, accusing us of not having paid, when we thought payment had already been made via booking.
Simple misunderstanding- badly managed.
Poor, ugly and ramshackle decor.
Moldy smell in bed.
Seems to be a bad neighborhood because multiple doors had been broken into and were reinforced with steel plates.

Staff mostly speak in German but they tried their best to try and communicate with us.

room very clean, facilities are basic but everything functional . staff really friendly ! offering free water ! matters was comfortable ! great value for money !
public place need a bit more maintenance, the free water fridge is not working , so all the gas water bottles are warm . the window is quite difficult to keep open. but again great value for money !
