Skvělá lokalita, památky dostupné pěšky, resp. lze využít MHD, zastávka tramvají u domu, autobusu a trolejbusu kousek od domu. Velmi pohodlné postele, hezké koupelny. Dostatek úložného prostoru.
Není co vytknout.

Die Lage ist gut, das war es aber leider auch schon und rechtfertigt den extremen Preis auf gar keinen Fall!
Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig und leider nicht ganz sauber. Das Duschbad und Tücherboxen wurden nie aufgefüllt.
Das Personal wirkte teilweise sehr unfreundlich und arrogant, vor allem eine Dame im Restaurant, die den ersten Teil der Urlaubswoche Dienst hatte. Es ist aufgefallen, dass sie alle Gäste von oben herab behandelte.
Das Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Nicht schön angerichtet, alles nur in Plastik (Marmeladen, Joghurt, etc.) verpackt. Matschiges Rührei, wenig Obst, keine Möglichkeit zum Toasten, ein kleiner Kaffeeautomat für viel zu viele Gäste. Zu wenig Platz.
Bei dem extrem hohen Preis, darf so etwas nicht sein … da hilft leider auch kein Wellness, welches man meist auch noch extra bezahlen darf und zu dem man nur gelangt wenn man durchs gesamte Restaurant läuft … unmögliche Situation.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast was good, not many choices though. The spa zone was incredible - big pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant.
Would be nice to have a more detailed description of different buildings of the hotel, and which rooms are in which building.
And also no water coolers near saunas, you have to go to the bar and buy the water.

high quality hotel, very well designed rooms, access to the wellness , swimming pool and jacuzzi. Beautifull area , with some walking distance to the city. Nice quality restaurant at place.

I had 2 rooms,one comfort and one delux
didnt like the way to the wellness, you have to walk accross full restaurant in bathrobe, when other have breakfast or dinner. Or you can walk by stairs outside of the hotel. Beside this everything else real great, best people at recpetion and restaurant , full engagement. !

Great breakfast, nice and clean rooms with a nice view and great shower.
The location is about 15 minutes walk to the center. to get to the spa is necessary to pass inside the restaurant

really bad and limites breakfast, is incredible for a 4* hotel to dont even have a toaster, also basic things like eggs were a la carte were you had to pay extra. No one in the reception at night. Wellness are was a mess

property was very very nice. breakfast excelent. u should make ur your stairs outside when u walk to the parking area more safety. i fall down from stairs really badly. it was so much ice on it.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and was exceptional.
Its a little far from the ski lifts but still walkable distance - 10 to 15mins walk.

Congratulations you tricked us! When making a booking, I was looking for a 4* hotel - I did not expect to find 2-star experience hidden under 4* hotel. When we arrived, we found out that our room was NOT in the 4* part of the hotel but in a remote house of a 2* standard. The room was fairly clean, but small, without a kettle, not comfy, with bathroom dating back to 1990s, old wardrobe, which, when open, made it impossible to get to the bathroom; and "double" bed that consisted of two single beds - definitely NOT a 4* standard and not what I had expected. And yes, Mr General Manager, you will elaborate that it does say in a small print that I booked a standard room, but the room still appears under 4* search and in a place which you don't notice when making a booking. Which IS misleading and confusing to your customers, and clearly not only to me, but also to all other guests who made similar comments under your hotel. It also says on a banner above the house that it is 4* - which again is not true.
The spa and breakfast were great, but I still feel cheated and disappointed with the whole experience.
