La pulizia, la camera, la gentilezza dello staff, la colazione, la ubicazione, le viste.

- Purtroppo no ce un posto dentro della struttura per parcheggiare le bici che abbiamo noleggiato, dobbiamo lascarli nella strada accanto. - Wifi un po' irregolare, e l'ultimo giorno proprio non si è collegato. - Ascensore un po' particolare nel suo funzionamento - I cornetti/briosce della collazione potrebbero migliorare, sembrano surgelati riscaldati. - Ci ha mancato un po' di migliore informazione dello staff (noleggio bici, tour, possibilità di prendere bus per andare in spiaggia, posti dove mangiare, ecc).

We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel is very beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the port! Very useful also the free parking just in front of the hotel. Ideally located near restaurants and historical areas.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast on the rooftop deck was wonderful. Lots of variety in the breakfast offerings. The location was absolutely perfect, walkable to restaurants, shops and the harbor. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The water in the shower was never hot, just tepid. The weather was very hot so a cooler shower was fine, however sometimes I like a really hot shower even in hot weather. The air conditioning never went below 24 degrees. That was ok as long as we kept the drapes closed to keep the daylight out. Know that you must keep a key in the device on the wall for the electricity. If you need to charge anything while you're out, get a second key.

Great location! Friendly staff. We loved having a drink at the rooftop each night. We stayed on our honeymoon and they left a lovely touch on the bed when we arrived (photo). The staff at the front desk pulled out all the stops to get us a reservation for our last night. Very comfortable room, would recommend stopping here.

Helpful front desk staff when asked about the island, scooters etc. Very clean, great view in the breakfast and drinks area.

Free parking across the street and the breakfast was excellent , although if you choose the second sitting make sure you ask for fresh scrambled eggs, etc. Location very good .

Hotel is cold and clinical, lack atmosphere and character .

The breakfast was great, with an exceptional view. Airy and lovely outside patio. Lot's of variety and English and Continental breakfast. The hotel is in a great location.

The wifi didn't reach the rooms properly. Pull out couch wasn't very comfortable.

Great location on the waterfront in Carlo Forte. Very clean and bright hotel with great staff. Very close to some wonderful beaches
