The food was very good . A good variation and personeel were very helpful and friendly. It's close to everything and you can take local bus from.the airport to get to the hotel and back L24. The busstation is a block away.

Early morning the garbage containers are being emptied on the street while everyone is still sleeping. The interior of the hallways and bedrooms are dated . The doors are to noisy when people are closing it. You hear everything.

A good choice of food all round. Pool and rooms very good and clean. Staff very help full.

The walls in the room are a little thin and can hear a lot from the next rooms, although we had no issues.

Some people in the comments expect it to be a 4 star hotel. But it's not. It's the 3-star and for this it's not bad. We had a small issue with bed preferences but it was solved for the better.

balcony overlooked car park but we were hardly in our room so certainly didn’t ruin the holiday.

The room is small but clean and cosy. Sufficiently large balcony. Clean bathroom with rainfall shower. Internet runs well. TV with english, french, german and spanish channels. Breakfast in a large hall was excellent. Everything you need. Including draft beer, draft red wine, draft white wine :-)

The breakfast was the only good thing.

There is a list of things that I didn't like: 1. The staff was rather unhelpful. Even though the check-in time was mentioned, the staff was not available immediately to complete the process and we had to wait for a while. 2. The WiFi was horrible during the entire stay and the excuse provided by the staff was it's too hot and there are too many people. You're a 4-stars hotel, you charged us a lot of money so the excuse doesn't apply. 3. The room service was horrible: the soaps were not changed, and the cleaning was not up to the standards. The beds were springy and not at all comfortable - there were thin blankets. 4. The air conditioning was faulty but not as bad as the aforementioned things. 5. No one asked if our stay was okay while checking out, the staff truly did not care. (Or maybe they knew, there'd be complaints because I heard others complaining). I wish I could be refunded, to be honest.
