Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und nett.Wir haben auch jeden morgen neue Handtücher bekommen. Das Check-in war auch schnell und problemlos.

Die Zimmer waren leider ganz schmuddelig und dreckig.Es sind sehr viele Treppen und Stuffen bis man zu einem Laden kommt.

Väldigt sköna sängar, välfungerande AC. Mycket trevlig personal (!!). Lagom stora rum. Frukost helt OK utbud. Helt OK läge men hela Neum är backig och med den vetskapen är läget väldigt bra (räkna med en del trappor) med strand rakt nedanför.

Rummen hade behövt sig en uppfräschning. Tyvärr dåligt städat, hittade en hel del hårstrån (som inte var mina) både i sängen och i badrummet vilket känns ofräscht när man precis checkat in. Toan hade behövt sig en bättre rengöring, stinker kiss om den.

Great service...Owner kindly drove us to a restaurant that was some distance from the hotel.

Location is a bit far from other end of town, and it was too hot for walking there (otherwise, it would be a pleasant walk on the paved walkway). Breakfast needed some fresh local fruits.

We were travelling from Split to Dubrovnik. So, that was our point of stopping in the middle of our trip. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is great and the view is beautiful. If you want a calm place near the sea, you will be satisfied with this hotel.

We were before the real season started and the breakfast offer was not rich. However everyone could find something to eat.

Bathroom is horrible, breakfast is disgusting. Room was not clean. Old hotel that is not taken care of.

Excellent location and friendly staff!

The hotel looked newly refurbished. We had a nice and quiet room on the top floor with balconny and exceptional view over the sea and the surruondings. Large and comfortable beds. Free parking close to entrance. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Nice and helpfull staff
