Nice all inclusive hotel with very friendly staff. Very good for families.

La gentillesse du personnel avant tout. Restaurants au top, d'éducation spéciale à Emily et son équipe. Cuisine varié. Sa situation sur la petite crique, suffisamment de chaiselongues et parasols, la piscine chauffée, l'arrêt de bus à 2 pas, les petits attentions (nous avons obtenu un upgrade)

Jacuzzi trop froid, internet pas stable dans la chambre, le spa: pas de zone repos pour le sauna et hammam.. Prix des traitements obscur et prohibitif... il faut s'asseoir pour comprendre, puis marchander ... nous avons préféré s'abstenir.

- The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection. - Free parking facilities were provided and were extremely convenient. - The rooms were spacious, had a balcony, and were very well cleaned. - The beach and the sea were beautiful and clean. - The staff at the pool bar were very kind and attentive, making the stay enjoyable.

I would like to address my experiences during my stay with you: Anyone who wants to sleep in a bit during their holidays is in the wrong place. The sun loungers are already reserved between 6 and 8 in the morning, leaving later guests with only seats at the back of the resort. Interestingly, throughout the day, 2/3 of the sun loungers remain unoccupied, with towels being used to reserve them. The service at the lobby bar left much to be desired. The staff seemed fully focused on the All-Inclusive guests, being less proactive and rather reluctant when it came to taking additional orders. One had to insist and allow for enough time until the drinks were served. Another example: Even though the bar was open until midnight, there was no espresso available at 11:30 PM as the coffee machine had already been cleaned. Guest mix: It was noticeable that many Russian guests were present, resulting in an imbalance in the guest composition. This was our observation. I hope that these specific points will help you further improve the resort and create a more positive experience for your guests.

-a slighly small room if the stay involves a baby or babies. But inside there is everything you need for 3-4 days stay. -ac in kids club required.
