3 mins walk to 2 different beaches and 10-15 min walk to Main Street and shelter island ferry. Great hosts who were always attentive.

This charming apartment is well appointed, has friendly owners and beautiful gardens, and is in a great location—walking distance to North Ferry and Greenport activity. Highly recommend.

Stayed with Maritza and John over Memorial Day weekend. They were super friendly and accommodating, met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property and answered all questions. The property is located only a few doors down from the water and a 5-10 min walk or bikeride into the village. The property itself was lovely and had historical charm, but also everything we needed to enjoy ourselves (comfy beds, Washer/Dryer, beach chairs, coffee maker, Netflix!). Would highly recommend!

We loved the property. We came for Mother’s Day weekend with my 5 year old son and 70s- ish mother in law. Was very comfortable for all. We could walk my son to the playground and water in the morning in less than 5 minutes and then into town in about ten /15 minutes later in the day for ice cream, shopping etc. The hosts were lovely and helpful and the apartment was very cute, clean spacious and well taken care of. We plan to come back!

Our stay was wonderful. I only wish it was longer. Maritza is a wonderful host and the property is beautiful and spotless. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a beach at the end of the street. Its an easy walk into town down quiet treed streets with sidewalks. We will look forward to coming back to Greenport and this lovely property.

Everything from start to finish was terrific. John and Maritza are gracious personable hosts. Amazingly quiet. And I mean amazing. We were literally 2 blocks from the LIRR and you didn't hear peep. Sara Jane, the host beagle, was cute as a button. We recommend 5 stars.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Five Rooms on Fifth. The apartment had everything we needed (including a baby crib and high chair)! It was a short walk into town and an even shorter walk to the beach. Maritza and John were so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved it here! The house is beautiful and Maritza and John could not have been more accomodating. Great location as it is quiet and only a short walk to the Shelter Island Ferry and shops/restaurants.

This property perfectly reflects the vibe of the North Fork: welcoming, down to earth, aesthetically pleasing but not pretentious, w/a bit of sophistication. We slept comfortably in the quiet, residential neighborhood, drank coffee & read in the private, pretty back garden. The location’s ideal - w/abundant street parking, yet in walking distance of two appealing beaches, Shelter Island ferry, plus many restaurants & shops. Maritza & John have provided everything you might need. I’ve stayed on the North Fork many times through the years, but now have a new, favorite accommodation!

Hands down one of the best spots in Greenport you could ask for. It’s incredibly close to the beach, and a spacious and beautiful home! Maritza and John could not be lovelier nor more helpful. I cannot recommend staying here more!

We had a great weekend staying here. The location is near a small beach at the end of the street and is within a 10 min walk (tops) to the center of the village. The property was very clean and the check in process was simple. Communicating with Maritza was easy and she was timely in her responses. Would def stay here again

Weather was sunny and cool temperatures. Perfect time to visit family. And to be able to return to quiet comforts of home was much appreciated.

The hosts were so warm and welcoming. The unit was in a great location close to everything. Unfortunately, due to covid, our family was unable to make the trip, so only my husband stayed. When I informed Maritza, she told me how sorry she was that we couldn't all make the trip and that they had already set up cribs for our infant twins. Such a great, personal experience! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this amazing apartment, Greenport and the surrounding area for an anniversary trip. The scores of reviews all say the same thing because it’s true. While you could take the LIRR all the way to Greenport (the train station is just a few short blocks from the house), we opted to get off at Medford where there is an Enterprise car rental location less than a mile from the station. (I think it may be the closest car rental to Greenport.) The Enterprise rep was waiting for us at the station, which worked out great. Having a car worked out well as we went out to Orient Beach State Park one day and we explored a couple of wineries in the area. We loved the casual atmosphere at The Old Field Vineyards, and want to come back and explore more. But if you were just doing a quick weekend you could do without a car, as the village is walkable with tons of shops and a nice variety of restaurants and bars. Our trip was too short. I could definitely see spending 4 or 5 days here. Location A+ Property A+ Amenities A+ Village A+ Neighbors A+ Comfort A+ Hosts A++++++++

Maritza and John are very gracious people and the location is excellent. It is very spacious and clean in a pretty setting.

The apartment actually looks like the photos. It's a charming little place right in Greenport. The owners were lovely.

My husband and I came to stay with two of our children. The house felt like home right away and Maritza and John were fantastic from the moment we met them. The house was equipped with everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) you may need. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back again next summer :)

Tom and Susie’s home was such a great time. Walking distance to the beach as well as closely located to Greenport and the other vineyards and farms in the area. Their home was comfortable and the yard was like having your own mini park. Our 1-year-old enjoyed running around in it. Communication with Tom and Susie was excellent as they gave us tips on what to explore and accommodated our needs. I highly recommend this stay.

Everything about our stay at Pipes Cove was wonderful. The property was clean and wonderfully appointed with all that we needed.

We had a perfect 4 nights in Greenport. The host Maritza and John were such nice people. Maritza was very helpful with everything. The location is probably the best you could find anywhere in the town. You are on a cute quiet neighborhood street but just a nice walk to everything, the ferry, the market, restaurants. And especially the little bay beach is only a block away. The inside is roomy and comfortable. Lots of comfort for reading and relaxing. Great a/c and ceiling fans for hot days. A really nice kitchen and bath. The whole house inside and out is lovely. We would definitely recommend and would stay again. To be clear, you are not staying in guest rooms in someone’s house. You actually rent 1/2 of a large house, with your own entrance and use of the yard if you like. You have complete privacy. It was great.

This was our second time at Pipe's Cove. As my 12-year-old daughter says, "This place just feels so homey." Maritza and John are the best, and their place has absolutely everything -- peace, quiet, wifi, AC, TV, perfect decor, super-comfy beds, and all the supplies you'll ever need. It's in a wonderful Greenport location that's walkable to town, but on a beautiful and serene street. We don't plan to ever stay anywhere else on the North Fork.

We had an excellent time at Five Rooms. The apartment is like something out of a picture book - gorgeous and comfortable, with something interesting And pretty to look at in every corner. The kitchen is beautiful and completely functional. The hosts are quick to respond and very accommodating. We would love to return! Thank you Maritza!

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our stay! The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The space is roomy, well appointed, super clean and we immediately felt at home there. The home is a wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants in the Greenport business district. Our only disappointment was when we had to leave; we will be back for sure!
