Not all activities available as advertised in website. Pontoon walk & fish feeding are actually on the other private hotel and they have no access to that.

Far from beach

The room had a nice view at the marina. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good

Imagine you want to spend a beach holiday in a nice resort. What you find is a pool without deckchairs. A few tables and chairs in full sun (no shadow). On the nearby "beach" there are also no deckchairs or sunshades. If you want to use the pool or swim in the sea, mind, that the local guests (men and women) bath fully clothed. You have to decide whether this is a suitable place for Westeners. The hotel deserves by no means 4 stars! The aisles are shabby. The space around our toilette was always flooded and the staff had no idea how to repair it. Neither windows nor showers were clean. Don't believe the pictures you see on the net - pictures can lie! We had booked for a week but left after three days. When we asked the reception to find a taxi for us, they tried to overcharge us. With the kind help of another guest we finally found a taxi to Malacca for half the price.

I like the scenery view and it was fully expected my request. Thanks to the customer service who attend me for my requested.

the restaurant staff was all kind and polite plus helpful and the food taste great.

the reception staff was not helpful and attentive. very pasive and does not fit to be accepting customers who had a long day and drive.
