Not all activities available as advertised in website. Pontoon walk & fish feeding are actually on the other private hotel and they have no access to that.

The room had a nice view at the marina. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good
Imagine you want to spend a beach holiday in a nice resort. What you find is a pool without deckchairs. A few tables and chairs in full sun (no shadow). On the nearby "beach" there are also no deckchairs or sunshades. If you want to use the pool or swim in the sea, mind, that the local guests (men and women) bath fully clothed. You have to decide whether this is a suitable place for Westeners.
The hotel deserves by no means 4 stars! The aisles are shabby. The space around our toilette was always flooded and the staff had no idea how to repair it. Neither windows nor showers were clean.
Don't believe the pictures you see on the net - pictures can lie!
We had booked for a week but left after three days. When we asked the reception to find a taxi for us, they tried to overcharge us. With the kind help of another guest we finally found a taxi to Malacca for half the price.

I like the scenery view and it was fully expected my request. Thanks to the customer service who attend me for my requested.

the restaurant staff was all kind and polite plus helpful and the food taste great.
the reception staff was not helpful and attentive. very pasive and does not fit to be accepting customers who had a long day and drive.

the rooms were big, but that was the only good thing
the hotel wasn't clean, there were trash laying ontop of the rubbish bin, not inside it but on top of it and the staffs didnt really bother to clean it up. The cabinates and doors in the room were really worn out. The pool was small, it was just a little bigger than the rooms, the pool was also kind of dirty.

The staffs ..the security on duty are very friendly There's a cafe bar there very small but they have the best Teh Tarek there that was made by the bar manager name CHOT
Uolls should try the Teh Tarek
They have 3pc band there name themselves ENERGY Band also very good they can sing all kinds of genre Mandarin song..Thai songs..English songs and many more..they rocks and make your dull night happening!
What i dont like - the toilet very dirty..
The hotel is so RUN-DOWN..Pillow covers have stain..the curtains omg so dusty n dirty..bedsheets also hv stain..bath towels also soooo worn out need to change..
I dont mind the hotel if it is old but atleast keep it clean..bedsheets..pillowcases..towels ..
Please change..management of Avillion Admiral Cove please do something 🙏

Buffet breakfast-limited choices n your sambal fir nasi lemak was too spicy/lacked of flavor/onion/cooked by inexperienced chef most probably
Please repair the cabinets/tv/mattress - something wrong with the hinges/handles came off/tv not functioning

Nothing.
Nothing went well. The keylock system was non existence and doors to the room had to be open manually by the staff everytime. We had to wait between 10-20mins everytime we wanted to get in the room which was very inconvenience. Room Phone not working. Breakfast was not worth the value. No feet towels for the bathrooms. For the price that is paid other accommodation would have provided more. Will not patronized this place anymore.

door lock system was down during the staycation, breakfast food cold, not much option to choose from and only 1 type of fruit, the nasi lemak & bihun quite salty.
