It was clean.

The safe didn't work. And the replacement safe also didn't work. The shower wasn't safe because the floor was not even. The room was intended for Japanese style but with mattresses and very low furniture in the room. No chair or table to set up a computer. Everything was very low in the room. Bathroom was very small and very little countertop to be used..the breakfast food was exactly the same for two days in a row

The location was good and the staff was allright

The room was by far not as shown in the pictures, everything was old and dirty. The bathroom was very dirty, but the worst was the bedsheets, some pillows had so incredibly bad smell that i couldn’t sleep, thanx god i found one that was allright. The floor had stains, the sofa had a huge rip, overall a big disappointment, i would never stay there if i would have known before. The breakfast was very poor quality They would charge 800 for each hour of longer stay, which seems to me a ridiculous amount, just wanted to stay a bit longer to finish packing chilled, but that’s insane

breakfast was acceptable. located in front of the mountain, which is tranquil. onset had middle temperature pool which is a plus. a cafe in the lobby is a nice add on with outdoor garden with seating.

the manager on duty is not very friendly, luckily all other staff are helpful onsen bathing facilities is old and lacking, like like soup and shampoo at the seated bathing area, which is a given for any Japanese onsen, even those from value hotels. Minimum efforts will increase their level to their Japanese counterpart, but this may seems to be unnecessary from their management point of view.

There is no chair in the garden, no chair in the room. the box keep refrigerater is very dirty. No screen in the bathtub window, outside small animal may fly in.

The esthetics of the hotel were appealing. the pool and the indoor hot spring was nice too.

The hotel needs renovations. the pictures displayed on their site doesn’t match what the place looks like. the blinds in our room were dirty, the design is outdated and the room had an unbearable smell. also, the hot spring pipe needs to be cleaned or changed

The only positives are the hot spring and breakfast. Come if you wanna enjoy the hot water. The breakfast is not the best but compared to other aspects of the hotel, but since it's free, I will give the benefit of doubt.

Everything else including the location, interior environment, cleanliness, and noise ... etc are unacceptable.

Room was comfortable and very spacious with big bed. Although the hotel was smaller than we imagined, we still used most of the facilities and enjoyed our stay, including indoor naked hotspring, outdoor swimming pool, snooker, table tennis. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard. Few minutes car ride to nearest convenience store.

Considering the price, the hotel was smaller than we expected, you will reach all facilities and hotel grounds within 3 minutes walking distance. The breakfast area was rather crowded, some people had to share a table at a big round table with strangers.

This was a really relaxing hotel to stay in for a getaway trip to Yangmingshan 陽明山. The hotel is located right across the street from a bus that will take you directly to the main bus station at Yangmingshan 陽明山, so you can take another bus to the National Park. I also appreciated that breakfast was included.

I wish that the pool had been open later at night!

We decided to stay in this hotel because of the perfect location very close to Yangmingshan National Park area and Yangmingshan American Military housing area which has a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is pretty old, but still comfortable enough. Even thou it’s close to Yangmingshan, the view is just okay since it’s close to residential area. The bed is comfortable and the hot spring tub is really great. It was my birthday when we stayed there and I got some nice birthday snacks.

Probably they’re lack of enough resources since we arrived at 3 PM and our room was not ready yet so we waited for another 30 mins and they changed our room as well. And they said they will provide special snacks but we needed to remind them at night since they were not coming at the promised time. The breakfast honestly just okay and the coffee machine was broken.

It’s has a nice atmosphere.

There’s no easy access to minor things that I need like snacks or drinks.

Absolutely loved the hot spring tub in the room! Peaceful and beautiful location in the mountains - perfect place for a relaxing weekend. The sulfur smell can be overwhelming at first, but after a while it fades into the background.
