Le prese in bagno non funzionavano bene

My experience at Thea Hotel was overall quite pleasant. From the great service provided by the nice and friendly staff, delicious dinner with variety of dishes, clean rooms and peaceful surroundings, this hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort and tranquility. I look forward to returning to Thea Hotel for another relaxing getaway soon.

-Sewage, blocked pipes -Unable to lock widows and shutters -False information on website about distance of hotel from beach instead of 150 steps downhilll was listed as 150 meters!!! -No welcome reception staff, waited to check in without any offer of glass of water to comfort us, instead asked to be paid -No question to get feed back for improvement on check out -The management and staff are in desperate need for hotel management education training and professional hospitality qualifications to better serve customers

Everything was close for a walk, beach near the hotel,no need for umbrella or rushing in the early hours to catch a spot! We are coming back next year for sure!
