The apartment is well placed for visiting the city centre attractions by foot. The room was spacious and clean. You can leave your bags after check-out; this is a plus when your train/flight is later in the day.

There was no hot water, and it seems not to be the first comment raising this problem. They replied to check the problem but unsure if it got sorted since I left the day after. The bins were over full. I noticed they got emptied after I left, but not every day though. "Breakfast is offered at a partner café nearby": This is confusing, since breakfast is not included should be remove from the apartment description. There was a recording camera facing the kitchen, with a sign saying is there for security reasons, but it didn't make me feel comfortable. I understand security reasons, so why not change it to the hall entrance!? I was unlucky with the other guests staying at the same time as me (not the host fault) as they decided to go sleep and leave the kitchen windows open, I woke at around 2ish in the morning with the noise coming from the scare, got up, close the windows and it was fine. Suggestion: Have a sign or message reminding the guests to not open the common areas windows after a certain hour for two reasons: mosquitos and noise.

Location was perfect, 10 min to the Tower, 10 min to the train station, easy to check in, nice room and common spaces, easy check in, very nice bathroom, restaurants nearby, clean sheets and towels

Personally didn’t love the soft bed matress, there’s nothing wrong with it, we just prefer one that is firmer

Its in the center. Very good bed matresses. Cozy. The room had fully functional air conditioning. The windows in the main/shared area let very little noise in.

Our room had a funny bathroom lámp but that wasnt such a problem.

Accommodation clean and comfortable

Location a little noisy at night and the inclusion of a balcony in description is a little to far stretched as not very pretty and quite difficult to access.

The property is clean and quirky with some nice features. The location is perfect for visiting all the sites.

The pictures corresponding to the different rooms are misleading. some have images of different apartments with different bed arrangement. I tried to contact a number of times to clarify and received no answer until just a couple of days before when it was too late and had to book extra hotel rooms for my group. Then when we arrived rooms that had been described as single person occupancy actually had 3 separate single beds, and other rooms where I thought we could fit more only had a double bed.

The location is unbeatable, exactly in the center so you can walk everywhere easily within 10 minutes. The B&B is located t a square that you can oversee from the common area and even though there were already lots of people outside (in winter) it was nice and quiet in the B&B. The communal kitchen is well equipped and we felt very comfortable overall. We had the room with the external bathroom which was just across our room and we were able to lock it at all times which was convenient. However I believe all other rooms have enclosed bathrooms so there is probably also no need to be worried someone else is going to use it.

The B&B is managed online, so no one is there personally to do the check-in etc. I believe you could ask someone to be there though. The only thing we found strange was receiving a message the day before checkout to please leave the city tax in cash on the night stand if not paid yet. A bit inconvenient but nothing major.

The apartament was in the center. Everything was clean. The room was really big. We had kitchen, living room and a small balcony. Pretty cozy.

We had some problem with the hot water duriing the trip. The personal was kind and offer us another room for the shower or to move there (but this room was too small and has no kitchen).

The property was well located very close to bars and restaurants and midway between the tower and the railway station. Despite the close proximity to amenities the room was very quiet and a good night’s sleep was had by everyone. Good instructions were given to allow access to the property.

The bathroom smelled of cigarettes however assume this was the previous guests and not the fault of the property.

FRESCOS IN THE BEDROOM! BEAUTIFUL Big room with two single beds. New AC with silence mode for sleeping. Very comfortable and pretty. Bathroom outside but big and comfortable. Common area with tables for dining, big fridge, cooking facilities and a mesanine. Beautiful flat with self check in helped by the host online

Clean close to the city centre cheap and have an air conditioner

It is small property with 5 bedrooms on 2 levels with a common kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. 15 min walk from the train station and 30-35 min walk from the airport. Many restaurants with an authentic atmosphere contributed to our pleasant stay. Good value for money!

paying for the washing machine wasn’t great, but for

WhatsApp communication was great, 30 min walk from the train station. So this was a great location, we walked in the heat with our full hand luggage so hot and day of check out we could still store our bags in the communal locked area until we needed them, iron and bored in communal area only noticed as we were leaving, right outside outdoor bars and seating basically a good find for the rice for me and my daughter.

. ..Stayed in apartment C, The floor panels in our bedroom were lose and I caught my foot on one, tiles on the floor in the bathroom were moving too and the tap water trickled out and the stairs were quite steep in the apartment but other than that....a great stay

well placed in proximity of city centre, only 10-15 minutes walk up to the Tower of Pisa and about the same up to railway station. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The property was nice and clean. AC was available.
