Las habitaciones necesitan inversión en mantenimiento. Los sofás cama deben ser renovados ya. Absolutamente incómodos. Es imposible sentarse o dormir en el sofá. Hay q echar el colchón al suelo. Ducha de arriba rota, se da aviso el primer día de estancia y cinco días después sigue igual.

El enclave, la terraza y el jacuzzi

Only location nothing else

The apartment was tiny and overpriced, when I used the bath the water start dripping from the ceiling Initially I booked for 2 days but left after 24 hours as it was the most horrible accommodation I have ever been to

The rooms and facilities are a little aged

The location is spectacular, views from the Jacuzzi of the mountains at sunset was loved by all. Very friendly and professional staff helped us enjoy our stay. The apartments were clean, modern and very well equipped. The children spent most of their time in the play rooms with the table football, PS4 and Pool table and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Minor points that could be due to only just opening after the pandemic such as having the Swimming Pool available for use would have been the icing on the cake. I would have loved some additional cooked choices for breakfast but only continental option was given. (minor point and personal preference) The doughnuts were great though ;)

We particularly liked the duplex architecture that allowed extra privacy in the bedroom, the amazing views to the lake and the snowed mountain peaks (all apartments share the same views) and the jacuzzi (also with mountain views). Another positive point is the fact the car parks under cover just in front of the apartment´s door, which is very convenient especially when the weather conditions are not good. The location is also just off the main road to Panticosa-Formigal and easy to find (but with map assistance!)

No facilities for ski/boots storage. There is no urban centre at walking distance, must go for shopping by car, but there is a small service station nearby. Apart from checking in and out, we had no other contact with the staff (but this is not a negative comment).
