Surroundings & actual hotel were nice. Pool was beautiful

Rooms are quite outdated, fridge didn’t work , safe didn’t work, power points were broken only 1 working. Water pressure was terrible. Breakfast was terrible , never anything there no matter what time you went. Apart from the manager who tried to fix things for us , everyone else not helpful & quite rude.

The location and resort as a whole was ok.

Breakfast offering and selection was poor no matter what time you attended. I was not aware that all the room features nominated on my booking actually had to be activated upon request. Thats news to me. I didnt see that in my booking docs. I think the management Need to get there act together as people like us that travel the world can see immediately when they try to put one over you.

A equipe do hotel é extremamente rude e mal educada. Não fazem a mínima questão de te atender, não prestam informações adequadas. As instalações do hotel são boas, mas falta manutenção em vários itens. Não recomendo pra ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel.

Too much Light in the room during the night, I slept very bad (light coming from AC panel control)

Nice staff, good restaurant, cosy rooms.

A bit in the middle of nowhere, nothing around by walking.

Staff is very welcoming, Clean and good room service. Free parking available. Waitresses make good cappuccino for breakfast.

I stayed one week and had same breakfast and everyday. I hope they add some more prepared breakfast.
