Rooms have everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home.

If i have to put something......the towels are a bit small!

Room was spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs, tea and coffee which was much appreciated on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was first class.

As soon as we walked into the property we felt welcome , the host was very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely the little touches like fresh milk every day and Yorkshire tea bags make it special, also a fridge in the room ,the bed was very comfy, always hot water in the shower , and the fact that you didn’t pay for breakfast unless you wanted it was great for us as we like to stay in bed in the morning so no paying for a breakfast you didn’t have , perfect stay thank you both .

This is only personal preference but the bed was hard. Overall definitely lovely place to stay.

Did not have breakfast, but looking at menu and the facilities I would assume the standard to be high.

We liked the hand extras in the room such as a fridge, and dispenser in shower as well as a little bottle of milk in fridge and a fan. Bed was very comy

Comfortable room & bed. Lots of space & had a fridge in the room. Very clean & nice decor. Bathroom was perfectly planned, but smaller than most. Very clean & well appointed

Great decor. Very clean. Modern design.

Shower pressure wasn't good. Radiator temperature knob didn't work so room was very hot throughout the night. (Was too late at night to get it fixed. Only stayed one night so put up with it).

The guest house was very good, the room we had was excellent, very clean, the bed comfy, we were given our breakfast in our room as the breakfast room downstairs was being refurbished. We had two comfy chairs and little put- up tables to have our breakfast on. We thought it was very good value for the cost of the room and breakfast, there was also a fridge in the room.

Newly refurbished room, spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back!
