The staff and the breakfast

The parking was a bit of a walk from the hotel, and the fact that it is located in the coty's centre, we did not feel safe to go out late. We ended up having take away food in our room instead for dinner

The location is good if you're looking for something right in the city center.

The square in front is very loud at night. The room, the style, and the furniture seem outdated, like make-up over an old property. Breakfast was very scarce, I recommend you go to the coffee in the corner.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, clean room, comfortable beds, big room, nice views from the room. Excellent breakfast and excellent service from the staff in the restaurant during breakfast.

My room was very big, clean and with great view. People at the hotel were friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

The noise at night.

This hotel is great because is located in the middle of everything: a hugh variety of stores, restaurants, cafeterias, ice-cream and pastry parlors. All these stores are right next or in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff at the hotel cafeteria were always ready to make the morning coffee and breakfast exactly the way you like it. They always have a variety of choices of fruit and breads. The front desk and guest service attendants are always ready to help you with anything that you need to make your stay at the hotel more comfortable. The rooms are very spacoiius are always kept very clean.

Amazing experience. 5/5. Staff very warm and friendly. Sergio the door man was very welcoming and walked out bags to the room, walked us thru the facilities, and made recommendations on our stay based on our timing and interests. Breakfast was great, some items were repetitive but several Alternated by day. Location is perfect and close to shopping centres and restaurants nearby. We even got our laundry done with the front desk for a reasonable amount saving us time and a runaround. Overall fantastic and i will be staying again shortly once I am back in the city for an extended stay. Hotel is very affordable on websites yet you get the full 4-5 star service. Highly recommend.

main square is a bit busy and if there are concerts you will hear it.

The bedroom (suite) was really big, clean, confortable and quiet. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. The staff was nice and helpful. We recommend this hotel and would stay there again when visiting Pereira.

The staff was hostile and harrasing. On thrusday night I went out into plaza bolivar . I took my luggage and they inquired if I wanted to check out to which I answer no thank you not yet. Then I proceeded to get a taxi… by the way no one (the door man Nor the receptionist) offered to asissist getting a cab. When I finally got into taxi the door man ran put to harass me in the taxi and asking me at 8pm of I wanted room service and I said no. Then he goes on to ask me about my room number. And I said it is non of your business I have paid until tomorrow. The way they approached me made me feel as if they though I was running out like dining and dashing. And even if I was running out.i had already pay for the full reservation. Thus people are very disrespectful. I felt harrased and as if all eyes were on me. Terrible experience. It is supposed to be a 5 start hotel, however the staff makes the experience feel like a 1. start hotel .This morning while we were leaving they had the audacity to ask if I had drunk from the fridge a sparkly water which I answered no, I didn’t even realize they had sparkling water .for me is no big deal to pay 2 dollars like really , but just the Point they were saying I did when I hadn’t. Also they didn’t even greet us etc . Edwin the bell man was disrespectful, and unpleasant.

great staff, very clean, spacious rooms, comfy bed. everything was well above board… nothing really to criticise this hotel. wasn’t 5star luxury but defo a 4star! staff very kind and helpful, room was very spacious and clean

located in the city center, wonderful staff, good breakfast, spacious and comfortable room

a little noise from the bars at night but it wasn’t too bad.

For me the location was perfect. I like to walk around and explore and I was no more than a 20 minute walk to any place I wanted to go. The location is a 20 minute walk to the Pereira Transit Terminal, 10 minutes to Circunvalar, 6 minutes to Exito Supermarket.

The fact that I had to pay for the 8 day stay I booked upfront. I checked in on February 3 and paid until the 11th. I decided to depart on the 7th to travel to another part of Colombia. The disclaimer on booking.com states that I wouldn’t be charged until I checked out. “You don’t have to pre-pay, but the hotel might take a deposit....”
