Such a pretty gardens and many places to enjoy views of the lake and take cute photos. The room was clean, comfortable beds, and well kept. The restaurant onsite was very convenient along with a buffet option for breakfast as well. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool had great views of the lake. You could order food anywhere on the many gardens. It was very convenient to talk or take a short tuk tuk to other restaurants, sights, and shopping. The staff was helpful with setting up a jetski rental for myself to take my kids. There was a playground area for kids as well.
The pool was chilly and a bit small, but it was never crowded so worked out. It was a bit confusing about the buffet vs restaurant, but all worked out.

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was very delicious. The staff was super nice. The beds were very comfortable.
Great hotel location is great ,but need street lights to hotels from main street at night. It was a bit confusing on there to check k-in at first cause it was not labeled for the customer.

The view was amazing and been able to rent a boat just for my family was excellent.
Unfortunately during our stay our car got scratched in the hood and after asking the hotel to review the cameras there answer was that their system didn't capture anything. That really suck because we parked right in the front of the Hotel. They also told us that our car was probably already scratched when we got there but that was not true, they just didn't want to be held accountable for it.

The view
It's such an ugly room. The door didn't close, the walls were really dirty, and everything just looked old and dirty. They should consider investing in upgrading.

Stunning Lake view and a well appointed room. The shower was hot and with good pressure. The gardens are lovely and the small infinity pool was a nice bonus for us. Would be a nice place for a wedding/honeymoon or special event.
I was chased down and asked for a bag check over a 6 pack of beer. I was unaware of the 'no alcohol' policy as I have never encountered this once in all my global travels. It is a condescending policy and asking for a bag check was quite frankly outrageous, especially considering that this is one of the priciest hotels in the area. Make sure if you are looking to have a nice glass of wine in the comfort of your own room, to keep that to yourself.

The view. Proximity to town
Too noisy. At 6am they were testing the sound equipment. We also ate at the restaurant twice and food was served cold both times, so ended up going to restaurants in town for the rest of our stay

The property is well kept and beautiful as it is right by the water so it has amazing views. All the staff that I encountered were nice and helpful. The breakfast spread was also very tasty. location wise it is good distance to lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants
There are some rooms that are upgraded and some that are not. The one that is not upgraded has obvious wear and tear. Bathroom drain didn’t drain well and I also found stains on the bed. Everything was a bit old and below average when it came to the interior.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, that was worth it!!!
I had to wait for almost 2 hours after check in hour to my room to be ready. Fyi, I called earlier and was told that I could enter before check in hour without a problem, so I had to wait for a total of 4 hours to my room to be ready.
Also my lunch food was not great. The fries tasted like rotten oil, my meat was dry, the side dishes were horrible. Also they took a lot of time to give us our food.

Over price, no hot tub, bad service. Asked the waiter three times for milk and at the end of the day never got it. Waited over 30 minutes for orange juice. For the price I was expecting better service. Also they charged us an additional 200Q per person in the room just because we wanted to share beds. I would look somewhere else not worth it.
