La verdad q la atención fue pésima viajamos con una beba en coche cito no nos ayudaron en ningún momento en la pieza no entraba el cochecito lo debíamos dejar afuera La pieza muy chica con escalones Por el precio la verdad q el hotel no lo merece Por su infraestructura ni por la atención de sus empleados

Todo un desastre el hotel no tiene personal que te atienda bien ni la infraestructura es la adecuada para un coche sito del bebé no cuenta con rampa para llegar a la pileta a las piezas

great location just between Brazilian and Argentine falls (about 30 minutes from each), great pool, great ambience, friendly staff, amazing view of 3 countries (Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina) from rooftop bar

They have no common sense of what hospitality means neither professionalism, Personnal are shouting while having breakfast and delivered rude messages while we were having breakfast with the family

I really enjoy my stay there.The facilities and location are amazing.I also recommend to try the new sector of Spa with hydros and saunas, it really worth it.The three pools are great as well as rooms.

I think they should expand their staff in many areas.People in the service is not enough. You have to wait a lot even for a drink or the room be set on time.At least that was my experience. Another point, when I did the reservation, it was recommended for solo travellers, but I don't think so.I usually travel alone and I didn't feel so well even when I occupied a table at the restaurant due to the space available for other clients who supposed to be a family and for the same reason I waited more than usual because first, families, you know.
