Very close to malls and restaurants

could have in house restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cleaning of room could be done in the morning not at 3 pm in the afternoon. People and staff were very friendly and helpful. When the TV broke down they fixed it straight away for us.
One thing I didn't like, when first entering room . the fridge wasn't turned on. And cockroaches come out of the fridge and were crawling over the bench. Other then that was happy. Would stay again for the value for money.

we don’t have electric when I arrive that night
and i am even travelling for 22 hours .
so it’s really devastated and no housekeeping at all ..

The room was advertised as a 1 bedroom, it was a studio and the sewer smell was overwhelming

It has kitchen so you can cook.
They used to provide amenities, water, coffee and others on a daily basis. They changed the rules 3 days ago without any notice to the guests whatsoever. They stopped providing shampoo, water, coffee and other amenities. We pay daily with the same rate and they're suppose to provide the same service since we pay the rate everyday.

Staff are nice and acomodating. I had a comfortable stay, its actually my second time booking in this hotel.
I was looking for iron, i know i can ask for it but since im in a hurry i just didnt. With other hotels iron are available in the room right away.

It’s near to sight seeing features, malls and LRT, the view of Manila Bay and the city especially at night. The unit is it big, love it❤️, staff are friendly.
It’s not properly clean, lots of small cockroaches 😩, broken tiles, and annoying traffic, begging kids when u got out from the building.

Location next to robinsons.Robinsons.. swimming pool was beautiful and fun, view of the manila Bay and city skyline was awesome.
We were told the hotel needed photo ID for every guest.. well my mother n law didn't have one with her. Nothing I saw on the booking part where I prepaid said anything about this. So it's 10pm after a long day and were standing in the lobby trying to call family for a photo of an ID for her. Stupid contact tracing for a fake plandemic. Otherwise happy to stay there. Great staff.

Very nicely equipped hotel with very good service, nice security and hard to match facilities on that price range. And in my opinion, the best thing was the Sauna 😄😄

the room is not very clean and it's different from the room shown on the booking site..also the fridge is smelly and have a cockroach inside and also in room..the wash basin is broken and the shower head is full of molds..

Location very central for entertainment and shopping mall outlets, good staff though only 1 or 2 personnel available in corner of a shared reception desk.
Room starting to get very dated. Facilities for cooking basic although Microwave oven was a bonus, more pots and pans would be good. Aircon very noisy and leaking, desperately needs upgrading from old Kelvinator type to modern reverse cycle quite unit.
